No. Call redirection is only available to Maxis mobile numbers.

- Add/edit/delete up to 4 additional Person-in-Charge (PIC) users.
- Set call redirection numbers.
- Choose call distribution: sequential or simultaneous.
- Customise IVR/Auto Attendant greetings, schedules, and keypad setups.
- View call logs (missed, received, outgoing).
- Reset passwords and track portal changes.

Authorised PICs can:
- Log in, reset passwords, and use TAC codes.
- Update call redirection numbers.
- Manage voicemail (centralised at 789).
- Customise IVR/Auto Attendant settings.
- View call logs.
Note: The Master PIC (assigned by Maxis) cannot be changed.

Yes! Dial *9 + destination number (e.g., *90121234567). The virtual number appears on the recipient’s phone, and calls are billed to your business account.
Call Rates:
- Domestic: RM0.10/minute (billed in 20-second blocks).
- IDD: From RM0.08/minute (e.g., China Fixed/Singapore).
