Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Maxis Business Fibre Special Deal

- Offer: If you sign up for any of the new Maxis Business Fibre Dynamic Broadband-Only Plan(s) (“Plan(s)”) at selected Maxis Stores or Maxis Partner Stores during the Offer Period (as defined below), you are entitled to enjoy the special promotional price and monthly rebate for thirty-six (36) months from the first assignment of the rebate (“Rebate Period”).

- Offer Period: Valid from 15 October 2025 to 15 January 2026, both dates inclusive. Maxis may extend or end the Offer at any time without prior notice.
- This Offer is conducted on a limited and restricted basis and is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable.
- Unless as specified otherwise, capitalized terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Further, this SSTC is subject to the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Business Fibre which is available at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/data-internet/fibre/ (“SSTC Business Fibre”).
- For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between
- this SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (i) this SSTC; (ii) GTC; and (iii) STC;
- this SSTC and the SSTC Business Fibre and, this SSTC shall take precedence.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Offer is conducted and/or discontinue interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Offer (whether in whole or in part) at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Offer will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Service(s) under the Offer after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Offer is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.

- The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
- You must register and subscribe to the Service(s) at selected Maxis Stores or official Maxis Partner Stores.
- You may subscribe to only one (1) Plan option under this Offer
- You are currently NOT an existing Maxis Business Customer(s) of the Service(s) in any plan offered by Maxis;
- You must register for a new Service(s) under the Plan(s) by submitting the completed Registration Form to Maxis with the concurrent registration of the Offer within the Offer Period;
- You must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
- The infrastructure available at your Site(s) for the Service(s) must be ready no later than 1 month after the expiry of the Offer Period. Maxis will not be responsible for any delay in the activation of the Service(s), either due to technical limitation, delayed installation or unavailability of the infrastructure.
- Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to change the eligibility criteria for this Offer from time to time.
- If any of the eligibility criteria in Clause 9 above are not fulfilled, you will not be eligible to enjoy this Offer and upon activation of the Service(s) you will pay the full Charges for the Service(s) (before deduction of the Rebate).
- The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:

- The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the Service(s) / Plans under this Offer are as set out on our official website at (https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/data-internet/sme/) Charges published are exclusive of applicable taxes and the Rebate.

- The Rebate will be applied from the commencement of the Rebate Period. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer (if any) both during and after the Rebate Period.

- After the successful installation of the Service(s) under the Plan(s) (signed up under the Offer), Maxis will assign the Rebate to your monthly bill for 36 months commencing from your first month bill of the Rebate Period.
- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:
- terminate your Service(s);
- downgrade or upgrade your Service(s).
- If any of the events in Clause 15 above occurs, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked and you are to pay Maxis the monthly recurring Charges for the whole months remaining of the Minimum Period of Services (calculate to include the Rebate).
- Any migration to another fibre plan (higher or lower speed) during the Rebate Period will be treated as a termination of the Offer, and the applicable early termination charges in Clause 17 will apply.
- You must ensure that your account for the Service(s) is active during the Rebate Period. If the Service(s) is suspended during the Rebate Period for any reason whatsoever, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked and you are to pay Maxis the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the subsequent months upon activation after the suspension.
- Any request for change of billing ownership during the Rebate Period will result in the automatic revocation of the Rebate. Full charges (before rebate) and early termination charges will apply.
- After the expiry of the Rebate Period, the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the Service(s) will apply.
- The Offer and Rebate cannot be backdated or reinstated once terminated, suspended, or revoked for any reason.

- Customers must confirm their choice of With Business Voice or Without Business Voice at the time of registration. Once the Registration Form is signed, the selected option cannot be changed under this Special Deal. Any request to add Business Voice later will follow standard pricing and will not receive the promotional rebate
- Business Voice service is subject to the SSTC for Maxis Business Voice.
- Any suspension or termination of Business Voice due to misuse or non-payment may also impact billing and eligibility under this Offer.
- Any equipment provided under the Plan(s) (including ONT, router, or modem) comes with a warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the installation date.
- The warranty does not extend beyond the 24-month period, even if your Service(s) continues under the 36-month Rebate Period.
- After the warranty period, any repair, replacement, or maintenance of equipment will be subject to applicable charges.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used, stored, and handled properly. Damage, loss, or misuse may incur additional charges.

- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP);
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes; or
- shows usage in any device(s) or equipment other than Maxis Equipment.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:

- The Rebate under the Offer is only applicable for the monthly Charges of the Plan(s) and it shall not apply to any value-added services subscribed by you under the Plan(s). The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions, offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
- The Offer is applicable with the offer by Maxis for the Geran Digital PMKS Madani for eligible services Business Fibre Dynamic IP Plan(s) with Solution
- Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
- If any of the provisions in this SSTC is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
- Installation, relocation, restoration, and shifting of the Service(s) are subject to the applicable fees published on the Maxis website.
- Any request to relocate the Service(s) during the Minimum Period of Service will not entitle you to continue receiving the Rebate and may trigger early termination charges as outlined in Clause 17.
- We reserve the right to revoke the Rebate and terminate the Service(s) under the Offer if the Offer is found to be obtained through misrepresentation, fraud, commercial misuse, or any activity deemed suspicious by Maxis.

- This Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
- This Offer is not transferable.
- Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
