  • All Google Workspace plans are subject to a twelve (12)-month contractual commitment and are billed annually in advance.
  • Customers must own or have authorised control of a valid business domain before submitting a Google Workspace order.
  • All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Starter, Standard, and Plus plans can be purchased for a maximum of 300 users. There is no minimum or maximum user limit for Enterprise plans. Google Workspace customers may have access to additional features for a limited promotional period.
  • Promotional offers are available only to eligible new Google Workspace customers and may apply only to selected plans. Where applicable, promotional pricing is valid for the first twelve (12) months of the subscription. Upon renewal, the prevailing standard price will apply.
  • Prices may vary slightly due to rounding. The final subscription price and applicable promotional terms will be confirmed in the customer’s quotation or order form before the order is submitted.
  • Google Workspace provides flexible pooled storage per user that is shared across the organization. Business Starter includes 30 GB pooled storage per user, Business Standard includes 2 TB, Business Plus and Enterprise Plus include 5 TB.
