FAQ – New Year Sale Broadband Offer

  • This campaign offers monthly rebates for selected Business Fibre and AirFibre plans. Eligible customers will enjoy up to RM1,920 for new sign-ups depending on the plan subscribed.

  • All new SME and business customers who sign up for the participating Business Fibre or AirFibre plans during the campaign period.

  • Business Fibre plans with or without Fixed IP options from 300Mbps to 1 Gbps.

    AirFibre plans, including AirFibre 79 (24-month contract) and higher-tier AirFibre plans

  • The rebate amount varies by plan. Customers can enjoy savings between RM40 and RM80 per month throughout the promotional period. Rebate is applied monthly for the full contract period once your service is successfully activated.

  • Yes. All AirFibre plans under this offer require a 24-month contract. Business Fibre follows the standard contract terms.

  • No. FREE eSMS is not included for AirFibre under this promotion.

  • If you terminate or downgrade your Service(s) during the Rebate Period, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked, and you will be required to pay Maxis the monthly recurring Charges for the whole months remaining of the Minimum Period of Services (calculated to include the Rebate) 

  • If the Service(s) is suspended during the Rebate Period for any reason, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked, and you will be required to pay Maxis the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the subsequent months upon reactivation after the suspension.

  • After the expiry of the Rebate Period, the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the Service(s) will apply
