Do existing customers who renew get the rebate?

What are the eligibility criteria for the ECEM additional rebate?

To qualify, the Billing Address registered must fall within any of these states: Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah, Sarawak, or Labuan .

How long will the rebate be applied?

For six (6) consecutive months from the service activation date.

Does the rebate start immediately upon activation?

Yes. Rebate starts from the first bill after service activation.

Can the customer upgrade their existing MBP plan and get the rebate?

No. Rebates do not apply to plan upgrades or migrations for existing lines.

Is the rebate transferable to another line or BRN?

No. Rebates are non-transferable and tied to the specific mobile line activated under the offer.

What happens if the customer terminates before the 24/36 months contract ends?

Early Termination Charges (ETC) apply. Remaining rebate months will be forfeited.
