  • Yes. You will be able to enjoy rate plan advance payment waiver. Device advance payment is subjected to Maxis credit check policy.

  • No contract. However, to remain active, you are recommended to top up your prepaid plan before your plan expires.

  • Sim only: No contract. You will still be able to enjoy the rebates on your mobile plan.

    Sim + device bundle: You will be tied to either 24- or 36-months contract depending on the device contract you opt for.

  • You will utilise your 5G data first. Once your 5G data is finished, it will utilise your 4G/5G data.

  • You will utilise your 4G/5G data. Once you are in a 5G area it will automatically use your 5G data.

  • You will need to terminate your device contract and settle all outstanding amounts (if any) with your current mobile provider. After which, you can port-in your number to Maxis to enjoy this exclusive offer.

  • An early termination fee will be charged based on your remaining contract period.

  • The contract is non-transferable. An early termination fee will be charged based on your remaining contract period.

  • If you fail to make the payments, your line will be suspended after 90 days. Your monthly fee, device contract will run until it ends. In the event you terminate the contract prior to contract ends, early termination fee will be imposed.

  • Yes. You can add on Maxis Home 5G/4G WiFi or Maxis Home Fibre and enjoy the rebates offered.

  • No. Your data will revert to your Hotlink/Maxis Postpaid plan data quota.

  • Early Termination Fees will be charged. Calculation of the termination fees as follow:
    Register via Maxis Centres:
    (Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24 months) + RM100 admin fee

  • Device contract is non-transferable. An Early Termination Fee will be charged.

  • If customer fails to make payment for device contract plan, the monthly fee & contract will continue to run till contract  ends. In the event customer terminates the contract prior to contract ends, penalty will be charged to customer’s account.

  • Your rebate will be suspended and resume once your line is active again.

  • Your rebate will be prorated on your last month and will be discontinued when the line is inactive.

  • No. You can only enjoy one rebate at any point of time. In this scenario since you have enjoyed rebate with sim only plan, you will not enjoy the same rebate when you add a device bundle. 

  • The devices will depend on the rate plan you are taking. Hotlink Prepaid 35 is not eligible for device offerings.
