This offer is open to Government and Government Link Companies Employees with a valid staff ID.
Applicable to new registration, MNP, renewal, change of rate plan and pre to post on SIM only plan, with device bundle or Prime Plan.

Customers can submit ROI in the microsite or scan the QR from the link in the eDM OR customer can walk-in to Maxis Centre/MEPS or register during the roadshows

Only plan with device bundle or Prime Plan is subjected to 24/36-months contract.

You will need to renew your contract to enjoy the offer.

Early Termination Fees will be charged. Calculation of the termination fees as follow:
Register via Maxis Centres:
(Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24 months) + RM100 admin fee. -
Device contract is non-transferable. An Early Termination Fee will be charged.

If customer fails to make payment for device contract plan, the monthly fee & contract will continue to run till contract ends. In the event customer terminates the contract prior to contract ends, penalty will be charged to customer’s account.

Your rebate will be suspended and resume once your line is active based on remaining rebate month(s).

Your rebate will be prorated on your last month and will be discontinued when the line is inactive.

No, you can only enjoy one rebate at any point in time. In this scenario since you have enjoyed the rebate with sim only plan, you will not enjoy the same rebate when you add device bundle.
