  The offer period is from 15 Aug 2023 until 31 Dec 2024.
  

• Who can sign-up for this offer?

  This offer is only opened to government employees with a valid staff ID / active HRMIS portal access / payslip / letter from HR.
  *Applicable to new registration and MNP for SIM only plan or with device bundle.
  

• Where will the plan be available for registration?

  Government employees can walk into Maxis Centre/MEPs or sign-up during any of the PSI attack roadshows.

• What are the required identifications for registration?

  MyKad and Staff ID or MyKad and Screenshot of HRMIS Portal landing page (with employee details) or payslip or letter from HR.
  

• What is Pakej Rahmah Penjawat Awam?

  Pakej Rahmah Penjawat Awam is a newly introduced 5G plan as per Government’s announcement.

  You can enjoy rebates of RM10 x 24 months for SIM only.
  

• Which devices can I take under Pakej Rahmah Penjawat Awam?

  Exclusive for Pakej Rahmah Penjawat Awam are these two devices: Samsung A14 5G or Honor 90 Lite 5G.

  You are also entitled for RM120 device subsidy and RM10 x 24 months rebate.
  

• Can I take other devices (not Samsung A14 5G or Honor 90 Lite 5G) under Pakej Rahmah Penjawat Awam?

  You can take other devices; however, you will not be entitled to any additional device subsidy.
  

• Am I tied to a contract if I register for this offer?

  Only plan with device bundle is subjected to 24-months contract. SIM only plan is NOT contracted.
  

• I am still on contract with my existing mobile operator. How can I accept this offer without having to take a new number?

  This offer is only applicable for NEW & Port-in customers.
  

• What happens if I terminate within the Device Contract period?

  An Early Termination Fees will be charged. Calculation of the termination fees as follow:
  Register via Maxis Centres: 
  

  (Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24 months) + RM100 admin fee

• What happens if I transfer my line to another person within the Device Contract period?

  Device contract is non-transferable. An Early Termination Fee will be charged.
  

• If customer fails to make payment for device contract plan, what will happen to my contract?

  If customer fails to make payment for device contract plan, the monthly fee & contract will continue to run till contract ends. In the event customer terminates the contract prior to contract ends, penalty will be charged to customer’s account.
  

• What will happen to my rebate if I suspend my line?

  Your rebate will be suspended and resume once your line is active again.
  

• What will happen to my rebate if I terminate my line (SIM only plan)?

  Your rebate will be prorated on your last month and will be discontinued when the line is inactive.
  

• I have registered SIM only plan and a few days later I added on device bundle to my line. Do I enjoy both rebates?

  No, you can only enjoy one rebate at any point of time. In this scenario since you have enjoyed rebate with SIM only plan, you will not enjoy the same rebate when you add a device bundle.
