FAQ - Samsung Galaxy S26 Pre-Order

  • Maxis Business customers can begin pre‑ordering the Samsung Galaxy S26 series from 26 February 2026.

  • You may place your pre‑order through any of the following channels:

    • Your Account Manager
    • Maxis Business Partner
    • Maxis Business website
    • Maxis Centre
    • Self‑service via Maxis Business Hub (MBH)
  • Successful pre‑order customers will be among the first to receive their devices starting from 11 March 2026. Delivery will be fulfilled via doorstep delivery by our appointed courier partner and is subject to Samsung’s shipment schedule.

  • Yes. You can still purchase the Galaxy S26 series after the pre‑order period, subject to stock availability. However, pre‑order exclusives promos will no longer be applicable.

  • The following Samsung Galaxy S26 models are available for Maxis Business customers:

    • Samsung Galaxy S26 (512GB)
    • Samsung Galaxy S26+ (512GB)
    • Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (512GB & 1TB)
  • You may choose from the following offers:

    • Maxis Zerolution (24 / 36 months contract) on any Maxis Business Postpaid plan from 109 and above or Maxis Share 48
    • Normal Device Contract (24 months) on any Maxis Business Postpaid plan from 109 and above
    • Loyalty Point Redemption via Maxis Business Hub (MBH)
  • By placing your order during the pre‑order period, you will:

    • Be among the first to own the latest Samsung Galaxy S26 at launch
    • Enjoy exclusive pre‑order price only during the pre-order period
  • All existing Maxis Business customers and new registrations are eligible to participate in the pre‑order.

    For existing Maxis Business customers:

    To be eligible, your mobile line must:

    • Be active
    • Have no outstanding bills
    • Be free from any existing device contract


    For new line registrations:

    Pre‑orders can be placed upon successful registration to a Maxis Business Postpaid plan.

    Note: Existing Business Credit Check and device policies apply.

  • Yes. All device offers under the pre‑order are subject to a device contract of either 24 months or 36 months, depending on the offer selected.

  • Yes. Port‑in customers may participate in the pre‑order once the port‑in process is successfully completed.

    Pre‑orders can be made after:

    • Your port‑in request is successful, and
    • Your mobile line is activated on any Maxis Business Postpaid plan.
  • Yes, you may cancel your pre‑order as long as our delivery partner has not packed or dispatched the device.

    If you have already made a device top‑up payment, the amount will be converted into advance bill payment and reflected in your next bill cycle.
