The monthly charges for Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) can vary widely depending on bandwidth, location, SLA and contract duration. If you are interested in subscribing DIA service, please contact your Account Manager/Maxis Authorized Partner or Call us at 1800-82-1919.

Maxis Dedicated Internet Access contract duration are from 12 months and up to 60 months.

Maxis Dedicated Internet Access is open to all registered business customers and the installation address within Malaysia area.

Maxis provides flexible bandwidth options starting from 10 Mbps and can scale up to 10 Gbps, depending on your business requirements.

Maxis offers several value-added services alongside its Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) plans to enhance your business's connectivity, flexibility, and overall digital experience such as Managed Wi-Fi, DDOS, Advanced Managed Services, Security and Cloud Services. Any value-added service will be charge separately on top of Maxis Dedicated Internet Access Monthly Charges.

Yes, you can permanently or temporarily upgrade to a higher bandwidth speed than the current bandwidth that you subscribed to during the minimum period of service provided that the infrastructure is available at your site(s). For temporarily upgrade your bandwidth, you may refer to Maxis Bandwidth on Demand.

No, you cannot downgrade during the minimum contract subscription period. If you choose to downgrade the service(s) before the expiry of the minimum period of service, you will be charged a penalty of the subscription fee multiplied by the remaining months of your contract tenure.

No, you cannot suspend the Dedicated Internet service during the minimum contract subscription period.

Yes, your new Dedicated Internet Access contract will be renewed.

If you wish to terminate your Dedicated Internet service, please provide Maxis with thirty (30) days' advance written notice. Alternatively, you may also contact your account manager or call 1-800-82-1919 regarding your termination.

You must pay Maxis the monthly recurring charges for the whole months remaining for the minimum period of service if you terminate the agreement of your Dedicated Internet Access service before the minimum period of service.

Yes, Maxis technical team will visit your premise and collect the Maxis equipment and You to make sure the Maxis equipment in a good working condition. If the Maxis Equipment not in good working condition or loss, you will be charged a penalty fee.
