Do I enjoy any advance payment waiver?

Yes, you will enjoy Rate plan advance payment waiver. Device advance payment waiver will only be applicable for K2 contract for selected device model.

Is device staggering applied to these offers?

Yes, the usual 3mths device staggering rule applies & must be within eligible device count.

Am I tied to a contract if I register for any of the offers?

Yes, this offer is subject to 24 months contract (12 months for Home 4G WiFi)

I am still on contract with my existing mobile operator. How can I accept this offer without having to take a new number?

You will need to terminate your device contract with your current mobile operator and settle all outstanding amount. Then just port in your existing line to Maxis to enjoy this offer.

What happen if I terminate within the contract period?

An Early Termination Fees will be charged

What happen if I transfer my line to another person within the contract period?

The contract is non-transferable.

If I fail to make payment for my device monthly fee, what will happen to my contract?

Your contract will continue to run till contract ends. If you fail to make payment for device instalment or the package subscription fee, Your line will be suspended / barred Your device will be locked In the event customer terminates the contract prior to contract expiry, Early Termination Fee will be charged to your account.

What will happen if I terminate the Fibre or Home 4G WiFi service & just maintain the Postpaid line?

You will no longer able to enjoy unlimited data on your mobile plan. If your Fibre / 4G Wifi has a contract, there will be Early Termination Charges

I am currently enjoying offer with bill rebate. Am I entitled to sign-up for the Samsung TV offer?

No, as only 1 offer can be enjoyed at any 1 time. If you have opted for the Samsung TV offer, all existing offer with bill rebate will be removed with immediate effect.
