Pay Bill

  • You can Skip the queue! Pay instantly via:

    • Maxis Business Hub
      Online banking of all major banks in Malaysia.
      Sign up with our direct debit service via Maxis Business Hub
  • Yes, you can pay online using  JomPay. Maxis' Biller Code is 1123.

  • The physical payment channels are:

    Maxis Self Serve Kiosk located at selected Maxis stores;
    Petrol kiosk and convenient stores with e-Pay; and
    Pos Malaysia

  • You can pay your Maxis bill using cash, credit or debit card, or via online payment. Please note that from 1 Sept 2025, Maxis will no longer accept cheque payments for bills for Business/Enterprise customers.

  • You can check via Maxis Business Hub:

    1. Login to Maxis Business Hub
    2. Click ‘Accounts’
    3. Click ‘Accounts & bills’
    4. Select account
    5. Click ‘Billing Information’
    6. Click to expand ‘Last 6 payments’
  • If you’ve made a payment but your bill isn’t updated yet, please contact us with the following details to help us assist you quickly:

    • Account Number
    • Payment Method/Channel
    • Payment Reference Number
    • Amount Paid
    • Date of Transaction


    This will help us verify and update your account as soon as possible.

  • You can pay using any Visa or Mastercard credit and debit card issued by local banks thru, Maxis Business Hub and at Maxis retail outlets. Please note that cards issued by foreign banks are not supported.

    • Your security is our priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your card information during transmission, keeping your data safe and private. You can identify secure sites by the "https" at the beginning of the web address.
  • You must be the owner of the credit or debit card and be able to receive and do the TAC verification for your payment.

  • Once the payment is successful, you will receive confirmation SMS and email.

  • You can check on Maxis Business Hub to view your last 6 payments:

    1. Login to Maxis Business Hub
    2. Click ‘Accounts’
    3. Click ‘Accounts & bills’
    4. Select account
    5. Click ‘Billing Information’
    6. Click to expand ‘Last 6 payments’


    If your payment isn’t listed, please contact us with these details to help us assist you:

    • Account Number
    • Payment Channel
    • Payment Reference Number
    • Amount Paid
    • Date of Transaction
  • You can sign up for direct debit in Maxis Business Hub with the steps below:

    1. Login to Maxis Business Hub
    2. Click ‘Accounts’
    3. Click ‘Accounts & bills’
    4. Select account
    5. Click ‘Manage Direct Debit’
    6. Toggle on and complete the payment details
