Do Maxis Business 4G WiFi plans come with calls and SMS?

Maxis Business 4G WiFi 168 Plan: This plan includes Unlimited Mobile Data and voice call services. Please note that SMS is not supported. It offers: 200 minutes of local voice calls to all mobile and fixed lines nationwide, including Business Voice Go Hotline usage. 120 minutes of IDD calls to 16 Asian countries: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Exclusions: The voice call allowance does not cover video calls or calls to special numbers (e.g., 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, 02-prefix for IDD calls to Singapore & 080-prefix for border calls to Brunei). Maxis Business 4G WiFi 138 Plan: This plan provides Unlimited Mobile Data for up to 8 mobile lines when activated with a Maxis Business Postpaid plan.

What happens if my bundled 120mins IDD voice calls on Maxis Business 4G WIFI 168 is fully utilised?

You can continue to make calls but will be charged at standard IDD rates listed here .

Will there be any contract for the Business 4G WiFi plan?

Yes, there is a 12 or 24-month contract if you sign up for a plan that includes a device. There is no contract if you subscribe to a SIM-only plan.

Is DECT phone provided or offered with Maxis Business 4G WiFi 168 plan?

You are required to provide your own DECT phone.

Will I get to enjoy a rebate if I sign up together with a Maxis Business Postpaid plan?

If you are on Maxis Business Postpaid 68 plans and above, you will enjoy RM30 rebate for 12/24 months when you sign up for Maxis Business WiFi 168 with us. The rebate will be reflected in your 1 st month bill. Thereafter, you will continue to pay the full price of the Business 4G WiFi 168 every month from 13 th or 25 th month onwards.

If I am an existing Maxis Go WiFi 78 or 108 customer, can I upgrade to Business 4G WiFi 138?

Yes, you can upgrade your current plans to the latest Maxis Business 4G WiFi 138 plans. If you are still under contract, your contract will be carried forward.

If I am an existing Maxis Business 4G WiFi 168 customer, can I change to Maxis Business 4G WiFi 138?

Yes, you can change your current plans to Maxis Business 4G WiFi 138 plan. If you are still under contract, your will need to pay a early termination fee.
