• What is Maxis 5G Pass?

  Maxis 5G pass provides you the access to Malaysia's new 5G network and is available for the previous Maxis Business Postpaid plans.

  There are 2 types of 5G Pass:

  • 5G Monthly Access Pass (recurring monthly)
  • 5G 30 Days pass (one-time)

• How much is the Maxis 5G pass?

  5G Access pass is offered for FREE. The pass will be auto-renewed every month on your bill date.

• How can I sign up for the 5G pass?

  We are offering our business customers a chance to access Malaysia's new 5G network via our new 5G pass. You may sign up for the 5G Monthly Access pass on our Maxis Business Hub via company PIC at https://www.maxis.my/MBH or the 5G 30 Days pass on our Maxis App.

• How can I unsubscribe for the 5G pass?

  You can unsubscribe from the 5G Monthly Access pass through Maxis Business Hub via company PIC at https://www.maxis.my/MBH.

• How will the 5G Monthly Access pass be billed?

  There are no charges for the 5G Access Pass.
