Priority Pass is available at RM29/month (per line basis) if you are currently on any one of the following plans:
- Maxis Business Postpaid 169 (including the sharelines)
- Business Postpaid 199 (including the sharelines)

Contact your Company's Person-In-Charge (PIC) to subscribe via Maxis Business Hub (MBH).

Yes, you can cancel your Priority Pass subscription at any time. Here's how:
- Contact your Company's Person-In-Charge (PIC) for assistance
- Your PIC will need to access Maxis Business Hub (MBH)
- In the MBH portal, navigate to "Manage Your Auto-Renewal Passes" section
- Click the "Remove" button next to your Priority Pass subscription
Once cancelled, the subscription will not be renewed for the following billing cycle.

No. The Priority Pass is for one mobile number only. It is not shareable to other lines in the shareable group.
Each line needs its own subscription to access Maxis 5G Pro.

The Priority Pass will be carried over to your new rate plan; however, you may terminate it at any time.
