  • Priority Pass is an add-on service designed to enhance your existing Maxis rate plan. At RM30 month It grants you exclusive access to Maxis 5G Pro, delivering a superior network experience with faster speeds, lower latency, and improved overall performance. It's ideal for users who need the best in mobile connectivity.

  • The Priority Pass offers several premium advantages:

    • Enhanced Security and Privacy: Benefit from advanced security features and cutting-edge encryption to protect your data.
    • Prioritised Network Access: Enjoy consistently smooth connections, even during peak usage times, across both 5G and 4G networks. Your connection will be prioritised over standard users.
    • Access to Maxis 5G Pro:
      • Faster Data Speeds: Experience significantly quicker downloads and uploads. Crystal Clear HD Voice (Vo5G): Benefit from 2x faster call setup and superior call quality.
      • Lower Latency: Get improved responsiveness for real-time applications
      • Ultra-fast performance: Enjoy seamless browsing, streaming, and downloads without interruptions.
  • Priority Pass is available at RM29/month (per line basis). You can subscribe if you are currently on one of the following Maxis Business Postpaid plans:

    • Maxis Business Postpaid 169 (including the share lines)
    • Business Postpaid 199 (including the share lines)
  • Contact your Company's Person-In-Charge (PIC) to subscribe via Maxis Business Hub (MBH).

  • Contact your Company's Person-In-Charge (PIC) to un-subscribe via Maxis Business Hub (MBH).

  • The Priority Pass is subscribed on a per-line basis and its benefits are not shareable. To enable Maxis 5G Pro benefits for other mobile lines, a separate Priority Pass subscription is required for each.

  • The Priority Pass will be carried over to your new rate plan; however, you may terminate it at any time.
