  Solar energy generated during the day is first used to meet your business's electricity demand. This reduces your reliance on grid electricity and can help lower your electricity costs.

• Is SELCO suitable for my business?

  SELCO can be particularly suitable for businesses with significant daytime electricity consumption, such as offices, factories, warehouses and retail premises. We will assess your consumption profile and site conditions to recommend the appropriate solution.

• Can excess solar energy be exported to the grid under SELCO?

  No. Under SELCO, excess solar energy cannot be exported to the grid for bill offset. The solar system should therefore be sized appropriately to maximise self-consumption.
