Maxis Loyalty Programme – Solutions redemption

General

  • This offer allows new and existing Maxis Business Postpaid customers to redeem a free AutoCount Cloud Accounting subscription. 

    You can use your accumulated Device and Solutions Points on the Maxis Business Hub for this redemption.

  • New or existing Maxis Business Postpaid Plan customers, with sufficient Device and Solutions points on Maxis Business Hub.

  • You can redeem the AutoCount subscription using your Device and Solutions points on Maxis Business Hub.

MBH Points and Redemption

  • If your current Device and Solutions Points are insufficient, you will need to earn more. You can do this by:

    • Subscribing to additional Maxis Business Postpaid plan(s).
    • Renewing your existing Maxis Business Postpaid plan(s).
    • Upgrading your current Maxis Business Postpaid plan(s). These actions will provide you with additional Device and Solutions Points for redemption.
  • Cash top-up is not applicable for the AutoCount subscription redemption.

  • Only Device and Solutions Points can be used to redeem the AutoCount subscription. Service Points are not applicable for this offer.

  • You can combine Device and Solutions points accumulated from multiple Maxis Business Postpaid plans to make a redemption.

  • You can redeem multiple AutoCount solutions on Maxis Business Hub, if you have sufficient device and Solutions Points for each redemption.

  • Once your redemption for an AutoCount solution is submitted on the Maxis Business Hub, it cannot be cancelled. Please confirm the details of your order before submitting it on Maxis Business Hub.

  • Yes, existing Maxis Business Postpaid customers can redeem AutoCount.  However, they must use a new and unique email address that isn't already registered with AutoCount. This redemption process is designed for new AutoCount users (whether they are new or existing Maxis customers).

AutoCount Subscription Management

  • Your AutoCount subscription will end. It with not automatically renew.

  • If you terminate your Maxis Business Postpaid plan before the agreed contract period, you will incur an early termination penalty fee.

    Your AutoCount subscription will remain active and continue to be accessible until its expiry date.

  • Early termination of your AutoCount subscription is not permitted. You cannot request a refund for the Device and Solutions Points used for the redemption.

  • Your AutoCount subscription will cease at the end of the subscription period It will not be automatically renewed.

  • You can view your subscription end-date on AutoCount’s application, once your service has been successfully activated.

AutoCount Product Features and Support

  • Your AutoCount Cloud Accounting subscription comes with a complimentary e-invoicing module which is automatically enabled.

  • Please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder in your email inbox, as the confirmation email might have been filtered there. The confirmation email will be sent to you within 5 to 7 business days after submitting your order.

    If you still are not able to locate your confirmation email from AutoCount, please contact Maxis at 1800-82-1919.

  • Maxis does not provide direct support for data migration.  Companies are responsible for handling their data migration internally.

    Data can be migrated if it can be exported into Excel format using AutoCount's migration function.

  • No, loyalty points redemption must be done through Maxis Business Hub, not directly through AutoCount. Customers need to use the complete AutoCount solution when redeeming with loyalty points.
