  • The campaign will start effective 30th May until 31st December 2022.

  • Customers must sign up for a new or recontract existing fixed data connectivity with Maxis i.e. Maxis Business Fibre, Direct Internet Access (DIA), Maxis Based Usage Internet (MUBI) to enjoy the campaign offer. 

    The fixed data connectivity status must be maintained at "Active" in order to enjoy the campaign offer of 20% discount over the 36 months contract term. 

  • We understand your fixed business number is important as many of your loyal customers would have saved it on their mobile phone or kept your business cards.

    However, you may risk losing their loyalty as your fixed number today is tied to your desk phone. Given that the pandemic caused lockdowns and key staffs may be on emergency leave, they may not be able to reach you directly when they need you the most. You may also miss out on closing critical sales opportunities.

    Thus, coming onboard to Maxis means you will immediately enjoy the agility of our softphone app and enjoy better cost optimisation. We will also provide you the e-sms service at no cost so that you can inform your loyal customers of your new fixed business number to stay in touch with them.

    For larger businesses that take up Voice SIP 30 and 60 channels plan, we do have the free loan Media Gateway that will allow you to keep your current fixed numbers while maximizing your outbound calls savings with our Free Unlimited Calls*.

  • For Maxis Business Mobile customers who sign up for our Fixed Voice service that comes with softphone app, any data usage from the app will first be drawn from the Business Productivity App quota.

    Once the allocated Productivity App is exceeded, then only will your main quota be utilised.
