GENERAL

1. By subscribing to the Offer Package(s), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) and applicable addendums, Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy, Maxis Group Privacy Statement and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://business.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/business.
2. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel the Offer Package(s) and the Campaign without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
3. The Device(s) and the models offered under the Offer Package(s) are subject to availability. The Device(s) are subject to the device manufacturer’s terms and conditions (as applicable). Maxis reserves the sole and absolute right to change and/or replace the models and types of the Device(s) without any prior notice given to you at any time.
4. The Offer Package(s) are not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
5. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer Package(s) shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
6. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
7. We will not be liable for any claims by you or any third party for loss or damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation, loss of savings, punitive, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with your subscription of the Offer Package(s).
8. Any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
9. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.

INTRODUCTION

1. Offer Period:
   The Campaign shall commence on 18 March 2022 on a “while stocks last basis” and Maxis reserve the rights to end the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility:
   
   1. To be eligible for the Campaign, you must be a new or existing Maxis Business Customer residing in East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan) who signed up for any of the Offer Package(s) (as defined below) during the Offer Period.
   2. You are not eligible for the Campaign if you have existing mobile line(s) with device contracts.
3. Offer Package(s):
   1. The Offer Package(s) available for subscription under this Campaign are as below:
      1. Maxis Business Postpaid 98/128/158/188 + Maxis Business Postpaid 48 (“Offer Package 1”)

2. Maxis Business Postpaid 98/128/158/188 + Maxis Business Postpaid 98 (“Offer Package 2”)

3. Maxis Business Postpaid 68 + Maxis Business Postpaid 48 (“Offer Package 3”)

1. 2. You will be entitled to receive one (1) device (“Device(s)”) for each of the subscription of the Offer Package(s) during the Offer Period, subject to the following terms and conditions:
      
      Offer Package 1
      For the Offer Package 1, you will be entitled to receive one (1) Device at the offered price stipulated if you sign up for a new line or renew your existing line under any of the Bundle Offers A to D, as follows:
      1. one (1) Maxis Business Postpaid 98/128/158/188 with one (1) new Maxis Business Postpaid 48.
      Offer Package 2
      For the Offer Package 2, you will be entitled to receive one (1) Device at the offered price stipulated if you sign up for a new line or renew your existing line under any of the Bundle Offers A to D, as follows:
      1. one (1) Maxis Business Postpaid 98/128/158/188 with one (1) new Maxis Business Postpaid 98 line.
      Offer Package 3
      For the Offer Package 3, you will be entitled to receive one (1) Device at the offered price stipulated if you sign up for a new line or renew your existing line under the Bundle Offer A, as follows:
      1. one (1) Maxis Business Postpaid 68 with one (1) new Maxis Business Postpaid 48.
   3. You are entitled to one (1) Device for each Bundle Offer subscription under the Offer Package(s). You can subscribe for multiple Offer Package(s) but the maximum number of your subscription for the Offer Package(s) during the Campaign shall be subject to Maxis’ sole and absolute discretion.
   4. Device(s) refers to the device(s) that you are eligible to purchase under the Campaign as stipulated in the Maxis Registration Form. Only selected Device(s) are available under the Campaign based on the availability of stocks. Maxis shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide on the offering of the Device(s) for each of the Offer Package(s).
   5. The accompanying line(s) under the Offer Package(s) for Maxis Business Postpaid 48 or Maxis Business 98 must be new line registration, either via new line registration or port-in.
   6. The subscription for both lines in the Offer Package(s) 1 and 2 is subject to a minimum twenty-four (24) months contract period and the subscription for both lines in the Offer Package 3 is subject to a minimum twelve (12) months contract period (“Minimum Period of Subscription”). This applies to any renewal of existing line(s) under the Offer Package(s).
   7. Any early termination of the line(s) subscribed in the Offer Package(s) by you prior to the expiry of the Minimum Period of Subscription will incur early termination charges, which shall be calculated based on the following formula:
      
      Monthly commitment fee X Balance of the Minimum Period of Subscription
   8. The combination of lines in each of the Bundle Offer(s) under the Offer Package(s) is fixed. You are not allowed to change the combination of lines in any of the Bundle Offers and/or the Device(s) offered under the Offer Package(s) subscribed by you.
