Maxis Enterprise: Customized eCommerce Offers (TNB, MAB & MAHB)

INTRODUCTION

Campaign Period: 14 Sept 2021 – 14 Dec 2021

Eligibility:

1. To be eligible for this Campaign Offer, you must be an employee of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) whose application to subscribe to selected plan(s) (“Plans”) or campaign offer (“Campaign Offer”) set out herein during the Campaign Period is approved by Maxis. The Campaign Offer is only available during the Campaign Period for the following:-
   1. (a) New subscription or registration;
   2. (b) Pre to Post;
   3. (c) Renewal of contract;
   4. (d) Existing line with no contract; or
   5. (e) Successful application to port-in.
2. A principal line must be registered in your name and be an active account under an individual postpaid rate plan offered by us.

By subscribing to the plans and/or Campaign Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) and applicable addendum, Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://business.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/business/. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.

We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel the promotions without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.

2. Campaign Offer
   1. By subscribing to this Campaign Offer, you will enjoy the rebate stipulated for the particular offers. You are entitled to subscribe to multiple Campaign Offer. The total limit of Campaign Offer you are eligible for is subject to Maxis’ discretion.
   2. All rebates are no longer valid if you terminate one of the services under the bundle offer (Maxis Unlimited Fibre Bundle and Maxis Unlimited FWBB Bundle).
   3. Existing customers that performed upgrading via change of rate plan:
      1. If customer is on an existing device contract & upgrade plan: Device contract remains the same, current rebate (if any) will be removed and new rebate will be assigned (upgraded if higher rebate) for 24 months.
      2. If customer is on plan only: Current rebate (if any) will be removed and new rebate will be assigned (upgraded if higher rebate) for 24 months.
   4. By subscribing to Maxis Unlimited Fibre Bundle or Maxis Broadband plans under this campaign, you are no longer entitled to subscribe to Smart TV offering (65” Samsung 4K UHD). All rebates will be removed if you opted for the Smart TV offering.

GENERAL

The Campaign Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions, offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.

The devices are subject to the device manufacturer’s terms and conditions (as applicable). Maxis reserves the sole and absolute right to change or replace the models of the devices without any prior notice at any time.

Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.

We will not be liable for any claims by you or any third party for loss or damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation, loss of savings, punitive, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with your participation in the Campaign Offer.

Any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.

If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
