Corporate Individual (“CI”) and Government Individual ("GI") Attack Campaign     


  1. Sign up for any of the following Maxis Postpaid plans (“Plan(s)”):-
    1. Maxis Postpaid 98 with device bundle only (“MP 98”); or
    2. Maxis Postpaid 128 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan (“MP 128”); or
    3. Maxis Postpaid 158 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan (MP 158”); or
    4. Maxis Postpaid 188 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan (MP 188”).
  2. and enjoy a plan waiver or rebate (“the Campaign”) in accordance to the table below:

  1. To be eligible for this Campaign you must be:
    1. a corporate individual still under employment and with a valid staff ID from the eligible list of companies as recognised by Maxis (“Corporate Individuals”); or
    2. a government staff still under employment and with a valid copy of HRMIS, e-Penyata Gaji & Laporan Portal recognised by Maxis (“Government Individuals”); or
    3. a retiree and with a valid copy of Kad Pesara Kerajaan Malaysia recognised by Maxis (“Goverment Individuals”); or
    4. either a new or existing Maxis customer who subscribes to the Plan(s) with a device bundle. Early termination charges may apply to Maxis customers who wish to sign up for the Plan(s) under the Campaign before the expiry of the Minimum Period of Service of their current plan. 
  2. You are not eligible for the Campaign if :
    1. you have any outstanding payment with us; or
    2. you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
  3. Notwithstanding the above, determination of your eligibility is subject to our absolute discretion.

Campaign Period

  1. This campaign shall commence as below:
    1. Corporate Individual - 18th May 2020 and end on 30th June 2021
    2. Government Individual - 1st Jan 2021 and end on 30th June 2021


  1. ou are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Campaign, including device advance payment. Charges exclude all applicable taxes.
  2. Upon activation of the Plan(s), the rebate will be reflected in your bill from the first month onwards for twenty-four (24) months. Thereafter, you will continue to pay the full price of your Plan every month onwards.
  3. Upon activation of the MP 98, the monthly plan commitment fee (“Access Fee”) shall be waived for the first and second month of the twenty-four (24) months. Thereafter, you will continue to pay the Access Fee of your plan every month onwards.  

Minimum Period of Subscription and Early Termination

  1. Each Plan with device bundle is subject to a minimum period of subscription of twenty-four (24) months (“Minimum Period of Service”).
  2. You shall NOT do any of the following during the Minimum Period of Service:
    1. Change or transfer ownership of your Plan to another person;
    2. Terminate your Plan before the end of the Minimum Period of Service; or
    3. Downgrade your MP 128, MP 158, or MP 188.
  3. f any of the events in Clause 10 above occurs, you shall no longer be entitled to enjoy the Access Fee waiver or rebate and may be subject to early termination charges calculated as follows:
    1.  Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24 months) + RM100 admin fee.
  4. Each Plan under SIM Only Plan is not subject to any subscription however your rebate will be forfeited if you terminate the line.


  1. You may sign up for the Campaign by either:-
    1. Submitting a register of interest (“ROI”) in the microsite from the link in the eDM for Corporate Individual or
    2. Walk-in to Maxis Centre for both Corporate Individual and Government Individual or
    3. Register during selected roadshows for both Corporate Individual and Government Individual or
    4. Contacted via Maxis Tele-Sales both Corporate Individual and Government Individual
  2.  You are required to provide the following documentation for identification purposes during registration:
    1. MyKad and Staff ID; or
    2. MyKad and HRMIS/e-Penyata Gaji & Laporan Portal/Kad Pesara Kerajaan Malaysia
  3. The Campaign is not exchangeable for cash.
  4. Your entitlement to the waiver or rebate under the Campaign is not transferable and may not be assigned or novated.
  5. You may subscribe for a device bundle under a device contract, the Maxis Zerolution Plan, or Zerolution360 subject to the following:
    1. Existing Maxis customers who wish to change their prepaid plan to the Plan(s) can only subscribe to the Plan(s) under a device contract.
    2. Customers who subscribe to the Plan(s) under the Maxis Zerolution Plan or Zerolution360 shall be subject to Maxis’ credit checks. Your eligibility to subscribe to the Plan(s) and consequently, entitlement to the waiver or rebate is conditional upon meeting the credit checks threshold as required by Maxis.
  6. With the exception of Maxis One Prime, customers may opt to add standard consumer offerings (i.e., MOS 48/Apple Watch) to the Plan(s).
  7. The Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions, offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
  8. By subscribing to the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions ("GTC"), Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC") and applicable addendum, Summary Terms & Conditions ("STC"), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  9. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
  10. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel the promotions without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
  11. We will not be liable for any claims by you or any third party for loss or damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation, loss of savings, punitive, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with your subscription of the Campaign.
  12. Any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
  13. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
