iPhone Multiline Bundle Rebate Campaign – Terms & Conditions

• 1. Offer Period:

  The Campaign shall commence on 9 April 2026 until 10 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or while stocks last.

• 2. Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for the Campaign, you must:
     1. be a Business Customer, whose application to subscribe to the Campaign set out herein during the Offer Period is approved by Maxis;
     2. be successful in your application to port in; and
     3. subscribe to iPhone Multiline Bundle with three (3) new mobile lines on the same rate plan.
  2. You are not eligible for the Campaign if you are not Business Customer.
  3. The bundled Mobile Device will only be provided upon successful activation of all three (3) lines under the bundle. In the event you fail to activate all lines (including failure to port in), the free device entitlement will be voided.

• 3. The Offer:

  1. Customers who subscribe to the iPhone Multiline Bundle with three (3) new mobile lines on the same rate plan will be eligible for a RM10 monthly rebate per line for twelve (12) consecutive months, on top of the existing iPhone Multiline Bundle offer.
  2. The rebate will be applied on a per line basis and will be reflected in the customer’s monthly bill.
  3. This Campaign is applicable to new lines only and is not valid for recontract, renewal, plan change, or existing line upgrades.
  4. You may subscribe to one or more bundles under this Campaign, subject to Maxis’ sole and absolute discretion.
  5. Each line subscribed under this Campaign is subject to a minimum period of service of twenty-four (24) or thirty-six (36) months, depending on the selected device contract (“Minimum Period of Service”).
  6. Any early termination of each line subscribed by you prior to the expiry of the Minimum Period of Service will incur early termination charges, which shall be calculated based on the following formula:
     
     Monthly Charges (without rebates) X Balance of the Minimum Period of Service
     
     
  7. In the event of termination of any of the subscribed lines during the rebate period, the rebate for the affected line will cease immediately. Maxis reserves the right to revise or discontinue the rebate for the remaining lines.

• 4. GENERAL

  1. By subscribing to the Offer(s), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/business/general/tnc/, Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) and applicable addendums, Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy, Maxis Group Privacy Statement and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/
  2. The Offer(s) are not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
  3. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer(s) shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
  4. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
  5. Any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
  6. We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this Campaign, the manner in which the Campaign is conducted and/or discontinue, interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Campaign (whether in whole or in part) at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this Campaign and the Plan(s) will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Plan(s) after any changes to the terms and conditions of this Campaign and the Plan(s) is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.
