Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – [ORDER YOUR BUSINESS FIBRE ONLINE ON MAXIS BUSINESS STORE AND STAND A CHANCE TO WIN AN IPAD (MBS) CAMPAIGN]

- Campaign: Order your Business Fibre online on Maxis Business Store and stand a chance to win an iPad
- Service: Maxis Business Fibre
- You or Your: Business Customer who has registered account with Maxis
- Eligible Participants: Your employees, contract staff, representative, directors, shareholders or any other persons that you authorised to make the order of the Service on Maxis Business Store during the Campaign Period.
- Campaign Period: from now until 31st August 2025.
- The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) , this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy, and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available and https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/business/.
- Further, the use of the Services is subject to the Service Specific Terms & Conditions of the Services subscribed by you which are available at https://business.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/business/ (“SSTC Maxis Business Fibre”).
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between:
- this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (i) SSTC; (ii) GTC; and (iii) STC;
- this SSTC and the SSTC Maxis Business Fibre, this SSTC shall take precedence.
- By participation of the Eligible Participants in the Campaign, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to Maxis Group Privacy Notice at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/, and consent to the processing of the personal data shared by you including sensitive personal data in accordance with MGPN, and where applicable, confirm that you have procured the consent of your employees, representatives and/or signatories, including the Eligible Participants for Maxis to process their personal data in accordance with MGPN.
- Failure to comply with applicable terms and conditions, shall result in disqualification from the Campaign.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Campaign is conducted and/or discontinue interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Campaign (whether in whole or in part) at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Campaign will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Service(s) and Eligible Participants participate in the Campaign after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Campaign is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.

- The Campaign is open to all Eligible Participants which fulfil the following requirements:
- must reach the age of at least 18 years of age;
- is authorised by you to order the Service on Maxis Business Store;
- must use the registered Business Account/ email during the submission of the order for the Services;
- The Services must not be suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever during the Campaign Period until the selection of winners.
- The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign: -
- any permanent or contract or temporary employees of Maxis (including its associated or related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); or
- representatives, dealers, employees and/or agents of Maxis and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); or
- any person who has committed or suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to his/her Maxis/ Hotlink account.
- The Campaign is open to all Eligible Participants which fulfil the following requirements:

- During the Campaign Period, the Eligible Participants are required to order the Service on Maxis Business Store (with a minimum plan of at least RM179/month (exclusive of Service Tax).
- Each order of the Service by the Eligible Participants is counted as one (1) qualifying entry to stand a chance to win prizes under the Campaign. The Service needs to be activated prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period for the Eligible Participants qualify to stand a chance to win the prizes under the Campaign.
- Any order of the Service by the Eligible Participants after 31st August 2025 will automatically be disqualified to participate in the Campaign.

- You are eligible for the following prizes under the Campaign (“Prizes”) details are:
Campaign Prizes Total Number of Campaign Winners 11-inch iPad Wi-Fi 128GB 10 - The winners of the Prizes ("Winners") will be selected, based on the following terms and conditions, and mechanics: -
- All entries from the Eligible Participants will stand a chance to win one (1) Prize. Each Eligible Participant is only entitled to one (1) Prize per Maxis Business Account registered with a successful activation of the Service.
- Maxis will notify the Winners via WhatsApp platform. Maxis will send an instant message from our verified WhatsApp – Maxis Business Solution number of +60 12-778 1188 to the registered number of the Maxis Business Account.
- The Winners must respond to the instant message through WhatsApp from Maxis within the time as prescribed in such instant message to confirm the details for the delivery of the prizes. If the Winners do not provide their response within the prescribed time, Maxis reserves the right to select a new Winner.
- Winners will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries received by Maxis through a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from those valid entries received at the end of the Campaign Period.

- Each Eligible Participant is entitled to receive only ONE (1) Prize throughout the Campaign Period.
- You acknowledge and agree that the Prize will be granted to the Winners which are the Eligible Participants and you further agree to waive any right to claim for the Prize as a Business Customer. Maxis excludes any liability arising from participation by the Eligible Participants which are not authorised by you.
- Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Prize if our attempt to deliver the Prize fails for any reason whatsoever. Maxis shall not be responsible or liable in anyway whatsoever in the event the Prize is not redeemed by the Winner.
- Maxis’ decision on the selection of Winner and/or the Prizes shall be final and conclusive, and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period. The Winner is not allowed to choose the variation or type of Prizes.
- The Prizes set out above shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Winner at all times and Maxis excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the prize to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other item.
- The Winners shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses, which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the Winner’s acceptance or use of the Prizes. Acceptance of the Prizes by the Winners constitute a release and discharge of Maxis and/or its related companies, by or from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and/or damages which you or the Winners may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to-
- the Campaign;
- personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use, employment and/or acceptance of the Prizes or participation/presence in the Campaign; or
- any tax liabilities in relation to the Campaign, Prizes and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
- Maxis reserves the right at its sole discretion at any time to: -
- change any aspect of the Campaign (including the Prizes and discontinuing the Campaign) without prior notice; and
- cancel, suspend, modify or delay the Campaign or tabulation of votes in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Maxis disclaims and excludes all warranties relating to or in connection with the Campaign and the Prizes including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security and accuracy and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Prizes.
- In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Campaign, the Prizes and the Eligible Participants’ participation in the Campaign including (without limitation) any cancellation or postponement of the Prizes.
- Maxis shall not be liable to the Eligible Participants or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by an Eligible Participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
- Maxis shall not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
- Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign submission process, the operation of this Campaign or to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Maxis reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participants and/or to forfeit any Prize and/or reward from any Eligible Participants it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or the Campaign submission process. Fraudulent activities are deemed to include but not be limited to the following-
- any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating;
- submission of answers and/or entries and/or responses by any person other than the natural person who is the named Maxis subscriber participating in the Campaign; and/or
- submission of answers and/or entries and/or responses wholly or partially by way of and/or generated by way of any electrical device, computer, pre-programmed modem or by any other method or device which contravenes the submission of answers and/or entries and/or responses as stipulated in Clause 34(b) herein above.
