Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Business Broadband Biggest Deal - Rebate

    1. Offer: If you sign up for any of the following new Maxis Business Fibre and/or Maxis Business AirFibre Plan(s) (also available at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/broadband/) (“Plan(s)”) during the Offer Period (as defined hereinafter), you will be entitled to enjoy up to RM60 rebate each month for the period of the 24 months from the first assignment of the Rebate ("Rebate Period”).

    1. Service(s): Maxis Business Fibre and/or Maxis Business AirFibre
    2. Offer Period: The Offer is valid from 26th Nov 2025 to 31st Dec 2025, both dates inclusive (“Offer Period”). We reserve the right to extend the Offer beyond the Offer Period or end the Offer prior to the end of Offer Period at any time without prior notice to you.
    3. This Offer is conducted on a limited and restricted basis and is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable.
    4. Unless as specified otherwise, capitalized terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC. 
    5. Further, this SSTC is subject to the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Business Fibre and/or Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Business Airfibre which is available at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/data-internet/fibre/ and/or https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/data-internet/air-fibre/ (“SSTC Business Fibre and/or SSTC Business AirFibre”). 
    6. For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between
      1. this SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (i) this SSTC; (ii) GTC; and (iii) STC;
      2. this SSTC and the SSTC Business Fibre and/or SSTC Business AirFibre, this SSTC shall take precedence.
    7. We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Offer is conducted and/or discontinue interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Offer (whether in whole or in part) at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Offer will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Service(s) under the Offer after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Offer is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.
    1. The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
      1.  you are currently NOT an existing Maxis Business Customer(s) of the Service(s) in any plan offered by Maxis;
      2.  you must register for a new Service(s) under the Plan(s) by submitting the completed Registration Form to Maxis with the concurrent registration of the Offer within the Offer Period;   
      3.  you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
      4.  For Business Fibre, the infrastructure available at your Site(s) for the Service(s) must be ready no later than 1 month after the expiry of the Offer Period. Maxis will not be responsible for any delay in the activation of the Service(s), either due to technical limitation, delayed installation or unavailability of the infrastructure.
      5. For AirFibre, the offer construct will exclude eSMS as part of offering during promo period and need to be contracted for 24 Months. 
    2. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to change the eligibility criteria for this Offer from time to time.
    3. If any of the eligibility criteria in Clause 9 above are not fulfilled, you will not be eligible to enjoy this Offer and upon activation of the Service(s) you will pay the full Charges for the Service(s) (before deduction of the Rebate). 
    1. The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the Service(s) / Plans under this Offer are as set out on our official website at (https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/broadband/) Charges published are exclusive of applicable taxes and the Rebate.
    1. The Rebate will be applied from the commencement of the Rebate Period. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer (if any) both during and after the Rebate Period.
    1. After the successful installation of the Service(s) under the Plan(s) (signed up under the Offer), Maxis will assign the Rebate to your monthly bill for 6 Months or 24 months (depending on subscribed plan(s)) commencing from your first month bill of the Rebate Period.
    2. You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:
      1. terminate your Service(s);
      2. downgrade or upgrade your Service(s).
      3. change ownership 
      4. relocation to new address for Business Fibre
    3. If any of the events in Clause 15 above occurs, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked and you are to pay Maxis the monthly recurring Charges for the whole months remaining of the Minimum Period of Services (calculate to include the Rebate).
    4. You must ensure that your account for the Service(s) is active during the Rebate Period. If the Service(s) is suspended during the Rebate Period for any reason whatsoever, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked and you are to pay Maxis the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the subsequent months upon activation after the suspension.  
    5. After the expiry of the Rebate Period, the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the Service(s) will apply.
    1. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:
      1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP);
      4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes; or
      5. shows usage in any device(s) or equipment other than Maxis Equipment.
    1. The Rebate under the Offer is only applicable for the monthly Charges of the Plan(s) and it shall not apply to any value-added services subscribed by you under the Plan(s). The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions, offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
    2. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
    3. If any of the provision in this SSTC is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
    1. This Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
    2. This Offer is not transferable.
    3. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
