1. Subject to (b) below, the Campaign is open to new or existing Business Customers who subscribe to any of the following Maxis Business Postpaid plan :
   1. Maxis Business Postpaid 79;
   2. Maxis Business Postpaid 109;
   3. Maxis Business Postpaid 139;
   4. Maxis Business Postpaid 169; and/ or
   5. Maxis Business Postpaid 199.
      (“Eligible Plan”)
2. The Campaign is only for new registrations or Mobile Number Portability (MNP) registrations for the Eligible Plans.

1. Plan Rebate:
   1. For customers whose Billing Address is not registered in Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan:
      • Maxis Business Postpaid 79 – RM20 bill rebate per month for six (6) consecutive months from the service activation date.
      • Maxis Business Postpaid 109, Maxis Business Postpaid 139, Maxis Business Postpaid 169 and Maxis Business Postpaid 199 – RM30 bill rebate per month for six (6) consecutive months from the service activation date.
   2. For customers whose Billing Address is registered in Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan:
      • Maxis Business Postpaid 79 – RM30 bill rebate per month for six (6) consecutive months from the service activation date.
      • Maxis Business Postpaid 109, Maxis Business Postpaid 139, Maxis Business Postpaid 169 and Maxis Business Postpaid 199 – RM40 bill rebate per month for six (6) consecutive months from the service activation date.
   3. Upon expiry of the rebate period, standard monthly charges for the subscribed plan shall apply.
2. You may subscribe to multiple lines under this Campaign. Maxis reserves the right to limit the number of redemptions per Business Customer or account at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. Each line subscribed under this Campaign, shall be subject to a Minimum Period of Service of twenty-four (24) months commencing from the service activation date (“Minimum Period of Service”).
4. Any early termination of each line subscribed under this Campaign by you prior to the expiry of the Minimum Period of Service will incur early termination charges, which shall be calculated based on the following formula:

1. By subscribing to the Offer (s), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) and applicable addendums, Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy, Maxis Group Privacy Statement and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/
2. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel the Offer(s) and the Campaign without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
3. The Offer(s) are not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
4. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer(s) or Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
5. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
6. Any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
7. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
