    2. You: Person(s) who sign(s) up for the Maxis Participating Plan under this Campaign
    3. Maxis Participating Plan: Sign up for any of the following All-New Maxis Postpaid plans (“Plan(s)”):-
      • Hotlink Postpaid 50 SIM Only Plan; or
      • Hotlink Postpaid 75 with device bundle, SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (HP 75”); or
      • Maxis Postpaid 89 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP79”)or
      • Maxis Postpaid 109 with device bundle, SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (“MP 109”);or
      • Maxis Postpaid 139 with device bundle, SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP 139”); or
      • Maxis Postpaid 169 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP169”)or
      • Maxis Postpaid 199 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP 199”).

    1. Campaign Period: 1st July to 30th September 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by Maxis.
    2. The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/ , this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Business Individual 2026 Exclusive Offer (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/ .
    3. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    4. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    5. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions.html , including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
    1. In order for your to receive and continuously enjoy the Offer, you must:
      1. A government employee or Government link Companies (GLC) still under employment and with a valid staff ID/HRMIS/Company Letter from the eligible list of companies as recognized by Maxis (“Individuals”); and
      2. be a New, MNP, Renewal, Change of Rate Plan and Pre to Post and
      3. be of at least 18 years’ old
    2. You are ineligible to participate in the Offer if:
      1. you have any outstanding payments with us; and/or
      2. you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to redeem the Offer is subject to our absolute discretion.
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful registration of the Maxis Participating Plan, you will enjoy the Offer.
    2. The Offer will be applied to your bill (excluding applicable tax) for a period of twenty-four (24) months and you will be able to check and verify bill rebate in your monthly bill which can be viewed in the Maxis app.
    3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Maxis Participating Plan available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-share/ in addition to any of the following Maxis Postpaid plans which you signed up for:
      1. If you sign up for Maxis Postpaid, you accept and agree to its terms and conditions at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid/ ; or
      2. If you sign up for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre, you accept and agree to its terms and conditions at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-fibre/ .
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Maxis Participating Plan both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes.
    2. Upon activation of the Plan(s), the rebate will be reflected in your bill from the first month onwards for twenty-four (24) months. Thereafter, you will continue to pay the full price of your Plan every month onwards.
    1. During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
      1. terminate or suspend the Maxis Participating Plan which you have registered;
      2. downgrade the Maxis Participating Plan;
    2. If any of the events in Clause 20 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Offer.
    1. Each Plan with device bundle is subject to a minimum period of subscription of twenty-four (24) months or thirty-six (36) months (“Minimum Period of Service”).
    2. You shall NOT do any of the following during the Minimum Period of Service:
      1. Terminate your Plan before the end of the Minimum Period of Service; or
      2. Downgrade your plan to lower rate plan.
    3. If any of the events in Clause 23 above occurs, you shall no longer be entitled to enjoy the rebate and may be subject to early termination charges calculated as follows:
      1. (Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24/36 months) + RM100 admin fee.
    4. Each Plan under SIM Only Plan is not subject to any subscription however your rebate will be forfeited if you terminate the line.
    1. You may sign up for the Campaign by either:
      1. Submitting a register of interest (“ROI”) in the microsite from the link in the eDM; or
      2. Walk-in to Maxis Centre or MEPS or Register during selected roadshows; or
      3. Contacted via Maxis Tele-Sales; or
      4. Register online via Maxis Online Store
    2. You are required to provide the following documentation for identification purposes during registration:
      1. MyKad and Staff ID/HR Letter/Company Letter
    3. The Offer is not redeemable and not refundable/exchangeable for cash.
    4. Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Offer if our attempt to fulfil the Offer fails for any reason whatsoever.
    5. Maxis’ decision on the selection of participants who are eligible and entitled to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
    6. Maxis shall not be liable to the participants or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
    7. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
