Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Register. Activate. Reward Campaign (for Participating Maxis Centres and Maxis Exclusive Partners only)

The following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) shall apply to this Campaign organized by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Maxis”). The complete details are as follows:

CAMPAIGN Register. Activate. Reward Campaign
CAMPAIGN PERIOD From 6 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE (“ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA”) All Malaysians who:
  1. are Government employees with a valid staff ID
  2. are aged 18 years and above only
  3. have no outstanding or overdue payments with us; and
  4. successfully subscribe and activate Hotlink Postpaid 75, Maxis Postpaid 139, Maxis Postpaid 169 or Maxis Postpaid 199 at participating Maxis Centres or Maxis Exclusive Partners or through their roadshow/roving activities. Only successful verified activations qualify.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN (“PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS”)
  1. Campaign runs from 6 August to 30 September 2026.
  2. Subscribe and activate an eligible plan at participating Maxis Centres (MCs) or Maxis Exclusive Partners (MEPs).
  3. Multiple activations are allowed.
  4. Each successful activation requires one Microsoft Form submission.
  5. One successful activation = One Microsoft Form submission.

VOUCHER REWARD Eligible customers will receive TnG voucher valued as below for each successful eligible activation based on the subscribed eligible mobile plan.

VOUCHER FULFILMENT Voucher PINs will be sent to the customer's registered email within seven (7) working days after successful activation and verification.
EXISTING OFFERS This campaign is stackable with existing Pakej Penjawat Awam offer and applicable rebates, subject to meeting the respective campaign requirements.
DISQUALIFICATION Customers will not be eligible for the voucher reward if:
  • the application for subscription is cancelled.
  • the application for subscription is rejected.
  • the activation is unsuccessful.
  • the activation fails the verification process.
  • false, incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate information is submitted.

  • The personal information/personal data supplied by you when participating in this Campaign will be used by Maxis in accordance with the Maxis Group Privacy Notice at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/. Your participation in this Campaign is an agreement to be bound by Maxis Group Privacy Notice, which shall form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

    The personal information/personal data collected may be used in future by Maxis to provide you with further information about similar events and information in relation thereto, which you may opt out of by informing Maxis of your decision to do so. Your personal information/personal data is subject to the safeguards concerning privacy and security of data as set out in the Maxis Group Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (including any amendments thereto).

    You shall ensure that all personal information/personal data provided to Maxis are accurate and correct at the point of submission and that Maxis is kept informed and updated of any change in your personal information/personal 

  • Maxis reserves the right:

    1. to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary or add to these Terms & Conditions without prior notice at any time and you shall be bound to such changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations or additions;
    2. at any time, change any aspect of the Campaign (including but not limited to the Campaign Period, Eligibility Criteria and/or Participation Requirements), without prior notice to you; and
    3. at its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or delay the Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    In no event shall Maxis be liable to you or to anyone else for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection to the Campaign, including (without limitation) any cancellation or postponement of the Campaign.
