SUMMARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MAXIS SERVICE(S) (“SUMMARY”)

The following comprise your Agreement with us:
- the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”);
- the Registration Form;
- this Summary;
- Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) applicable to you for the Maxis Service(s);
- the Maxis Fair Usage Policy;
- policies and procedures related to a particular Service;
- the Proposal;
- the Addenda;
- all other documents either expressly referred to in any of the documents stated above or as may be entered between the parties; and
- any Supplement to the documents stated above, set out in a supplement to the same,and collectively referred to as “Agreement”.
The GTC, SSTC, this Summary and Maxis Fair Usage Policy are all located on our official website at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/. Alternatively, please visit your nearest Maxis Centre for hard copies.
This Summary highlights some of the important terms of the Agreement. When you purchase the Maxis Service(s), the Agreement in its entirety (and not just this Summary) applies to you. Please read and understand the contents of the Agreement in its entirety. By continuing with the order for the Maxis Service(s) you are subscribing, you have represented to us that you have both read and understood the terms of the Agreement. The terms used in this Summary will have the same meaning as defined in the GTC. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Summary and the GTC, the GTC will prevail.
Summary Terms and Conditions of Maxis Service(s) ("Summary")

I/We have read, understood and agree to Maxis Group Privacy Notice at www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/ (MGPN), and consent to the processing of the personal data shared by you (including any sensitive personal data processed in accordance with MGPN), and where applicable, confirm that you have procured the consent of your employees, representatives and/or signatories for Maxis to process their personal data in accordance with MGPN.

Request for a change of Maxis Service(s) plan is based on our approval (at our discretion) and at your cost.

You can terminate the Maxis Service(s) at any time by giving us prior written notice (unless the SSTC say otherwise). If you terminate the Maxis Service(s) during the applicable Minimum Period of Service or if we terminate or suspend the Maxis Service(s) under the permitted circumstances in the Agreement, including but not limited to when, you breach the Agreement, in the instance of a late payment or failure to make payment, where you use the Maxis Service(s) for improper or illegal purposes or for purposes of damaging our Network, when you resign or leave your Company or if you are insolvent, you will need to:
- pay all outstanding Charges and where applicable charges for Service(s) reconnection;
- pay any early termination Charges, plus any pro‑rated Charges for the Service(s) or use of Equipment for the remainder of the applicable Minimum Period of Service; and
- cover any losses or damages we incur because of the early termination of Service(s).

We may from time to time make any changes to our terms and conditions of the Agreement, including revising the Charges.
