Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) Convergence of Business Postpaid and Business Fibre / Business WiFi / Business AirFibre

- The Plan(s): Maxis Business Postpaid & Maxis Business Fibre / Maxis Business WiFi comprising:
- Maxis Business Postpaid: Maxis Business Postpaid Share 48, Maxis Business Postpaid 79, Maxis Business Postpaid 109, Maxis Business Postpaid 139, Maxis Business Postpaid 169 or Maxis Business Postpaid 199 (“Maxis Business Postpaid”); and
- Maxis Business Fibre: Maxis Business Fibre plan 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 1Gbps (“Maxis Business Fibre”); Or
- Maxis Business WiFi 4G: Maxis Business WiFi 4G 138, Maxis Business WiFi 4G 138; Or
- Maxis Business AirFibre : Maxis Business AirFibre 79, Maxis Business AirFibre 149.
- You: The Business Customer signing up for the Plan(s)
- If you change your existing rate plan to the Plan(s), you may not be able to carry forward any promotions/ benefits that you are currently enjoying under your existing rate plan to the Plan(s) subscribed to.
- The use of the Plan(s) and Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/business/general/tnc/, Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://business.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/business/.
- Capitalized terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
- Further, please note that:
- the Maxis Business Postpaid under the Plan(s) is subject to SSTC – Maxis Business Postpaid Plan(s) at
https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/plans/postpaid-plan/ and - the Maxis Business Fibre under the Plan(s) are subject to SSTC – Maxis Business Fibre Plan(s)

For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, SSTC – Maxis Business Postpaid, SSTC – Maxis Business Fibre, SSTC- Maxis Business AirFibre, SSTC – Maxis Business WiFi 4G, this SSTC shall take precedence.
- the Maxis Business Postpaid under the Plan(s) is subject to SSTC – Maxis Business Postpaid Plan(s) at
- We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Plan(s) is conducted and/or discontinue, interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Plan(s) (whether in whole or in part) at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will, to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Plan(s) will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Plan(s) after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Plan(s) is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.
- The Plan(s): Maxis Business Postpaid & Maxis Business Fibre / Maxis Business WiFi comprising:

- To subscribe to the Plan(s),
- either one (1) Maxis Business Fibre plan OR one (1) Maxis Business WiFi 4G plan (s) OR one (1) Maxis Business AirFibre
- must be subscribed with one (1) Maxis Business Postpaid line to enjoy the benefits of unlimited data on the Maxis Postpaid line.
- One (1) Maxis Business Fibre plan can only be tied with a maximum of eight (8) Maxis Business Postpaid lines tagged under the same account to enjoy the benefits of unlimited data on the Maxis Postpaid lines.
- You must be our Business Customer and must be eligible according to the SSTC – Maxis Business Postpaid Plan(s),the SSTC – Maxis Business Fibre Plan(s), the SSTC- Maxis Business WiFi 4G and the SSTC – Maxis Business AirFibre.
- You are ineligible for this Plan(s) if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- We reserve the rights to change the eligibility criteria for the Plan(s) at any time.
- To subscribe to the Plan(s),

- The Charges and rates as set out in the Plan(s) structure may be updated by us at our sole and absolute discretion as published on our official website at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/plans/postpaid-plan/ from time to time, where the updated structure will apply and supersede all previous versions including the structure appended herein. Charges and rates published are exclusive of all applicable taxes.

- Each Maxis Business Postpaid Plan and either each Maxis Business Fibre Plan or Maxis Business WiFi 4G or Maxis Business AirFibre subscribed under this Plan(s) is subject to a minimum contract period of twenty-four (24) months commencing from the availability of the Service(s) (“Minimum Period of Service”).
- Each Maxis Business Postpaid Plan and either each Maxis Business Fibre Plan or Maxis Business WiFi 4G or Maxis Business AirFibre subscribed under this Plan(s) is subject to a minimum contract period of twenty-four (24) months commencing from the availability of the Service(s) (“Minimum Period of Service”).

- You will only be able to enjoy the benefits of the Plan(s) after the successful activation and installation of the Service(s) for your subscribed Maxis Business Postpaid and any of Maxis Business Plan either of Maxis Business Fibre plan or Maxis Business AirFibre or Maxis Business WiFi 4G. For clarity:
- if for any reason, the Service(s) for your subscribed Maxis Business Postpaid plan and any either plan; Maxis Business Fibre, Maxis Business AirFibre Maxis Business WiFi 4G plan under the Plan(s) fails to be activated or installed, you are deemed unsuccessful; and/ or
- if only either of the Service(s) for your subscribed Maxis Business Postpaid plan or any either plan; Maxis Business Fibre, Maxis Business AirFibre Maxis Business WiFi 4G plan is successfully activated or installed, then only the plan for such Service(s) will be deemed to have been registered.
However, your registration for the Plan(s) will be deemed unsuccessful.
- Upon registration for the Plan(s), your registered Maxis Business Postpaid plan and any either plan; Maxis Business Fibre, Maxis Business AirFibre Maxis Business WiFi 4G plan plan must be kept active and cannot be suspended during the Minimum Period of Service for whatsoever reason to enable you to continue to enjoy the benefits of the unlimited data.
- You will only be able to enjoy the benefits of the Plan(s) after the successful activation and installation of the Service(s) for your subscribed Maxis Business Postpaid and any of Maxis Business Plan either of Maxis Business Fibre plan or Maxis Business AirFibre or Maxis Business WiFi 4G. For clarity:

- For any planned interruption of Service(s), adequate notice will be provided via a valid mobile number and/or any other mode of communication as we may deem appropriate. Maxis shall have the right to immediately remove the benefits of the Plan(s) if:
- you terminate either or both your Maxis Business Postpaid plan and any either plan; Maxis Business Fibre, Maxis Business AirFibre Maxis Business WiFi 4G plan under this Plan(s);
- you transfer your Maxis Business Postpaid line or any either plan; Maxis Business Fibre, Maxis Business AirFibre Maxis Business WiFi 4G plan under the Plan(s) to another account holder; and/ or
- after signing up to this Plan(s), you fail to make full payment of any amount due within thirty (30) days from the statement due date.
- Upon termination of the Plan(s) as per Clause 18 above, all the benefit(s) under the Plan(s) will automatically cease to be applicable to you. For the avoidance of doubt:
- for termination of any either plan; Maxis Business Fibre, Maxis Business AirFibre Maxis Business WiFi 4G plan, you may be liable for the applicable early termination charges under the applicable SSTC; and/ or
- if only one of the Services under the Plan is terminated, the other remaining Services will continue as normal but without the benefit(s) of the Plan.
- For any planned interruption of Service(s), adequate notice will be provided via a valid mobile number and/or any other mode of communication as we may deem appropriate. Maxis shall have the right to immediately remove the benefits of the Plan(s) if:

- Upon your subscription to the Plan(s), you are eligible to enter into selected device contracts with us, which are subject to the respective device contract terms and conditions including device warranty (if any). Subscription to the Plan(s) does not affect your existing device contracts with us (if any).
- Upon your subscription to the Plan(s), you are no longer entitled to subscribe for the mobile internet data pass ("Mobile Internet Pass”). For clarity, the Mobile Internet Pass is not transferable to this Plan(s).
- For Porting request to another service provider after your subscription to the Plan(s), subject to the terms and conditions under Maxis Business Fibre plan, you are required to contact Maxis to detach the Maxis Business Fibre plan from this Plan(s) before porting to another service provider.
