Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Business Roaming

    1. The Plan: Maxis Business Roaming.
    2. Maxis Business Roaming Pass (“Roaming Pass”) comprises: -
      • 1-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass;
      • 7-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass;
      • 30-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass;
      • Monthly Business World Unlimited Data Pass; and/ or
      • DataRoam Pass;
      We may from time to time launch different Roaming Passes or make amendments to or discontinue any existing Roaming Pass under which we provide to you the Service(s) which may be subject to variations and additional applicable terms and conditions.
    3. You: The Business Customer who subscribes to any of the following Maxis Business Postpaid plan:
      1. Maxis Business Postpaid 79;
      2. Maxis Business Postpaid 109;
      3. Maxis Business Postpaid 139;
      4. Maxis Business Postpaid 169;
      5. Maxis Business Postpaid 199;
      6. Maxis Business Postpaid 68
      7. Maxis Business Postpaid 98
      8. Maxis Business Postpaid 108
      9. Maxis Business Postpaid 128
      10. Maxis Business Postpaid 158
      11. Maxis Business Postpaid 188
      12. Maxis Business Postpaid 38;
      13. Maxis Business Postpaid Share 48;
      14. Maxis Business Postpaid and Fibre; and/or
      15. Other Maxis Business plans as specified in the Appendix of this SSTC
      Rate plan eligibility for each Roaming Pass is as specified in the Appendix of this SSTC.
    4. The use of the Plan, Roaming Pass and Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/business/ .
    5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    7. We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Plan(s) is conducted and/or discontinue, interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Plan(s) (whether in whole or in part) at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Plan(s) will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Plan(s) after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Plan(s) is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.
    1. You must be our existing Business Customer who subscribes to either one of the plan as stipulated in Clause 3 and the Appendix in this SSTC.
    2. The Roaming Passes are not available to you if you travel to a country that the operator(s) of the visited foreign telecommunication services network are not under the Plan’s or our Services’ coverage.
    3. The Roaming Passes will not be available to you if you have any outstanding payments with us.
    4. The Roaming Passes are not applicable to you if you are a bulk subscriber or if you are subscribing them for reselling or commercial purposes.
    1. The Roaming Pass structure and rates are as per the Appendix in this SSTC and as set out and published on our official website at https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/mobile-plans/international-roaming/
    2. Roaming Pass, all International Roaming rates and availability of countries for roaming are subject to change – please visit https://www.business.maxis.com.my/en/mobile-plans/international-roaming/ or view the Maxis app prior to departing Malaysia for most current pricing and availability.
    3. International Roaming charges are in addition to your minimum monthly spending charges once you have activated the Roaming Pass or the Roaming Pass has been activated by default for you. To avoid unintended charges, you are responsible to disable the roaming access on your devices.
    1. Subject to your postpaid plan and Roaming Pass, you have unlimited use on the internet with 2GB of uncapped speed allowance daily for any of the Unlimited Data passes. If you exceed the 2GB, you can continue with general web surfing (or speed limit of up to 1Mbps) with no EXCESS charges.
    2. Maxis will notify you when you have exhausted the daily 2GB quota.
    3. For instances where there is more than one (1) active pass at the same time, the daily 2GB quota for all active passes will be accumulated. The daily 2GB quota will be utilized from the Roaming Pass with the shortest validity period first.
    4. The daily 2GB quota will be refreshed at 12.00am Malaysia time.
    1. The 1-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass and DataRoam Pass are automatically activated for you by usages as per Appendix.
    2. The 1-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass, 7-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass and 30-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass can be purchased through Maxis app, Maxis Business Hub and Easy Menu *100#.
    3. The Monthly Business World Unlimited Data Pass can be purchased through Maxis Business Hub and Easy Menu *100#.
    4. You may purchase more than one (1) pass at the same time.
    1. You may schedule the Pass in advance for up to fourteen (14) days via Maxis Business Hub.
    2. Cancellation of the scheduled Pass can only be made latest two (2) hours before the Pass activation time via Maxis Business Hub.
    1. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Roaming Pass and/or Plan for such period of time as we deem fit, withdraw or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Roaming Pass and/or Plan if your usage:
      1. Shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our network or our roaming partner’s network;
      2. Is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. Is not in accordance with Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP); or
      4. Is for commercial/reselling purposes.

Appendix – Maxis Business Roaming

As per Clause 12 of the Maxis Business Roaming SSTC:
