Maxis Business Fibre

  • A high-speed fibre broadband service tailored for businesses, offering unlimited data and speeds from 100Mbps to 1Gbps.

  • All Maxis Business Fibre plans come with a 24-month contract.

  • For 100Mbps plan and above, the plan comes with a unlimited voice service and a basic desk phone.

  • Maxis Business Fibre is open to all registered business customers within our coverage area. Check your business address at Coverage Checker. Required documents include:

    1. Form 9 & 49 or Form 12 & 49 (For your registered company)
    2. A Letter of Award (LOA) or Letter of Request (LOR) that should also be attached together with the photocopy of the Person in Charge’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).
  • To switch, follow these steps:

    1. Check coverage
    2. Call 1 700 81 8881 or visit a Maxis dealer.
    3. Installation within 14 working days after confirmation.


    Important:

    1. Avoid terminating your current service until Maxis Fibre is installed.
    2. Early termination fees from your current provider may apply.
  • If you agree to subscribe to Maxis Business Fibre, you will receive a router with a 4G SIM (Instant Broadband) for immediate internet access, high-speed internet up to 1Gbps with unlimited data quota, professional installation services, and 24/7 customer support. Additionally, you can choose from a variety of flexible plans tailored to your business needs, along with potential features like static IP addresses.

Installation

    1. Confirmation: SMS upon registration.
    2. Appointment: We’ll call within 48 hours to schedule installation.
    3. Activation: Within 15 working days after approval.
  • Upon the acceptance of your application, Maxis will install and activate the Service(s) within fifteen (15) working days.

  • We will propose a few time slots for you, and you may choose your preferred date and time based on our available slots.

  • Please get ready five (5) power outlets and some cash as charges may apply for cabling depending on the requirements at your business premises.

  • No, Maxis does not cover the non-standard installation charges, which includes but not limited to external cables from the entrance up to the internal wiring inside your site(s), wiring above ceiling, underground and concealed wiring including cabling from building telecommunication room to your site(s). You may appoint your own contractor or deal directly with the appointed contractor/installer.

  • It is best for you to be present at your business premises during the installation. However, if you are unable to be present on the installation day, we recommend that one of your IT personnel is present during the installation as our Maxperts will help to set up your plan at your premises to help ensure that your network is configured appropriately.

  • Yes, you will receive a call 4 days before the installation and a reminder via SMS 1 day prior to the installation. On the installation day, our installer will contact you an hour before the installation.

  • If you choose the 100Mbps speed package, you will receive one (1) next-gen WiFi 6 certified router, one (1) ATA box, and one (1) DECT phone. For speed packages of 300Mbps, 500Mbps, and 1Gbps, you will receive one (1) Mesh WiFi, along with the same list of devices from the 100Mbps speed package.

  • No, the fibre installation by Maxperts & aftersales support is FREE for all of the fibre plans.

  • Mesh WiFi is a system that expands your office WiFi coverage by connecting multiple devices (nodes) to create a seamless network. It eliminates dead zones, ensuring strong signals in every corner – perfect for keeping your team productive!

    Included with your plan:

Change of Business Fibre Plan

    • Upgrade: Anytime (renews contract for 24 months).
    • Downgrade: Not allowed during contract. Penalty = Remaining months × monthly fee.
  • Please contact your dealer/account manager or call 1800-82-1919 if you would like to change your plan and they will advise you accordingly.

Termination

  • Submit 30 days’ written notice or contact your dealer or account manager.
    Early termination fee: Pay remaining months’ charges if within contract.

  • No need to return equipment. You are required to settle your outstanding bills.
