Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – AmBank - Maxis Digital Onboarding Campaign

INTRODUCTION

  1. Campaign Period:
    1. The Campaign shall commence on 24 August 2022 and ends on 31 December 2022 or for the first 100 Business Customers who signs up for the Campaign.
  1. Eligibility:
    1. To be eligible for the Campaign, you must:
      1. be a business customer of AmBank Group;
      2. be a new or existing Business Customer of Maxis;
      3. not be an employee of either Maxis or AmBank Group (comprising of AmBank (M) Berhad including its holding and any subsidiary, affiliated or associated companies of, or related entities of the AmBank Group); and
      4. register your interest in Maxis Service(s) via AmBank AmAccess Biz.
    2. This Campaign is eligible to be subscribed with the SME Digitalisation Grant campaign.
    3. You are entitled to subscribe to this Offer Package(s) and other ongoing campaign(s) or offer(s) concurrently.
    4. You must submit Maxis Registration Form and the required documents for Offer Package(s) during the Campaign Period.
    5. Activation and/or installation must be completed on or before 31 January 2023, failing which, you will not be entitled to the offer(s) (as defined below) under this Campaign.

    1. Convergence refers to any combination of the new services subscribe as below:
      • Maxis Business Postpaid + Maxis Business Fibre
      • Maxis Business Postpaid + Maxis Business 4G WiFi
      • Maxis Business Postpaid + Business Solution
      • Maxis Business Fibre + Business Solution
      • Maxis Business 4G WiFi + Business Solution
    2. Eligible Services: all products and services offered by Maxis to its Business Customers.
    3. The subscription for the Offer Package(s) is subject to a minimum twenty-four (24) months contract period (“Minimum Period of Service”).
    4. Any early termination of the Bundle Service(s) subscribed in the Offer Package(s) by you prior to the expiry of the Minimum Period of Service will incur early termination charges, which shall be calculated based on the following formula:
      1. Monthly commitment fee X Balance of the Minimum Period of Service
    5. The Loyalty Program points awarded under this Campaign will be credited within thirty (30) days after all the new services subscribed under this Campaign have been activated.
    6. You can redeem the Loyalty Program points through Maxis Business Hub (MBH) Portal. The Terms and Condition for Enterprise Loyalty Program is available at https://business.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/business/campaigns/enterprise-loyalty-programme/

GENERAL

  1. By subscribing to the Offer Package(s), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) and applicable addendums, Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy, Maxis Group Privacy Statement and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://business.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/business.
  2. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel the Offer Package(s) and the Campaign without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
  3. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer Package(s) shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
  4. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
  5. We will not be liable for any claims by you or any third party for loss or damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation, loss of savings, punitive, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with your subscription of the Offer Package(s).
  6. Any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
  7. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
