Unlimited Data: We offer unlimited Internet with Fair Usage Policy (FUP) daily. Upon reaching the FUP limits, users will be informed that they will be surfing on a reduced speed and FUP will be refreshed daily.
Search and select a mobile service, go to the "IDD & Roaming" section. Under Roaming Passes click on "Add Passes Now".
Select your destination country and the Maxis Business Roaming Pass of your choice (7-Day/ 30-Day/ Monthly).
Select your preferred pass activation date (up to 14 days in advance), then click “CONFIRM”.
Confirm the details and click “CONFIRM”. You may refer to the “Active Add-On Passes” tab or “Activity Feed” to check your status.
Please contact your company person in charge to activate your roaming subscription before purchase.
You can get assistance from your company's PIC to activate International Roaming service on Maxis Business Hub.
Tip: If your line is a supplementary or share line, please get your account owner to call in for activation.
There is no monthly subscription required to activate the International Roaming service.
