How to Purchase/Schedule International Roaming Pass on Maxis Business Hub

Step 1 - Search and select a mobile service, go to the "IDD & Roaming" section. Under Roaming Passes click on "Add Passes Now".

  • Maxis International Roaming is a service that enables your Maxis Mobile Business Postpaid to maintain seamless connectivity for calls, SMS and data while you are abroad.

  • There is no monthly subscription required to activate the International Roaming service.

    For more info on Roaming passes and pay-per-use charges for data, calls, and SMS while roaming, please refer here.

  • If you need assistance while abroad, dial *123# from your mobile phone, and our Customer Care agent will call you back at no cost.

  • There are 9 roaming passes:

    1. 1 Day Data pass at RM38
    2. 1 Day DataRoam pass at RM38 (with 50/500MB quota in selected countries)
    3. 3 Days ASEAN Data pass at RM39
    4. 7 Days ASEAN Data pass at RM49
    5. 7 Days APAC Data pass at RM69
    6. 15 Days Multi Country Data pass at RM99
    7. 30 Days Multi Country Data pass at RM129
    8. 50-Day Business Saudi Premium Data pass at RM129
    9. Monthly Business World Unlimited Data pass at RM99, auto-renews every month

    Note: Data roam passes do not cover call and SMS usages and data usages in Maritime (cruise ship)

    Fair Usage Policy 'FUP' applies during roaming i.e. Upon exhaustion of the respective pass’s fair usage quota, you may continue to surf for free at a reduced speed till the pass expiry. You may check the expiry of the pass through Maxis app or Maxis Business Hub via your Company's PIC.
