1 Day Data pass is a single-country pass and is country specific. E.g. Singapore pass cannot be used in Thailand or other countries.

If you are traveling to multiple countries in one day, you will need to activate 1 Day Data pass for each country and browse on the respective preferred operators.

Disabling International Roaming will NOT automatically cancel your Monthly Business World Unlimited Data Pass subscription. To cancel your subscription, please get your Company's PIC to deactivate your Monthly Business World Unlimited Data Pass via Maxis Business Hub.

The pass offers 50MB / 500MB data quota browsing when a subscriber is travelling abroad. The pass enables data browsing for 24 hours following visiting countries capital city time each day. E.g. If you are in Algeria, the pass expires at 12 midnight Algiers time.

All DataRoam passes including the Add-Ons & Top Up are country specific. E.g. Barbados passes cannot be used in Grenada or other countries.

If you are travelling to multiple countries in a day, you will need to activate either a DataRoam Pass or a Maxis Business Unlimited Data Pass, depending on the roaming eligibility of each country. Please ensure you browse using the preferred operators in each destination.

In addition to the 1-Day DataRoam Pass, Maxis Business offers Unlimited Data Passes available in eligible countries. Refer here for more details.

For destinations not covered under these passes, data browsing will not be available. However, you may continue to use call and SMS services while abroad.

Each of the passes will have a validity of Xdays x 24 hours from the activation date and time. For better tracking, it will be converted to Malaysian Time.

You can check the exact expiry Date and Time from the confirmation SMS that you received or via Maxis app.

There is no limit to the number of passes you can buy in a day; the pass(s) are stack-able, i.e. you can buy as many even before the fair usage quota expires.

When multiple active passes cover the same country, your data usage will always be deducted from the pass expiring soonest. This ensures seamless continuity without manual selection.

Roaming passes cannot be cancelled once activated. To prevent errors:

• Our system requires two confirmation steps during activation
• We strongly recommend verifying your selection before final purchase.

If activated incorrectly, you may:

1. Continue using the active pass, OR
2. Purchase an additional pass matching your needs

There are no additional charges. Once you have reached the Fair Usage Policy limit, you will be surfing on a reduced speed.

To protect you from unexpected charges, data roaming is automatically blocked in countries where we do not offer value data roaming passes. This means you won’t be able to use data roaming in those countries to avoid accidental or costly data usage.

If you need internet access while roaming in such countries, we recommend looking for alternative options such as connecting to local Wi-Fi networks

As long as the internet provider for the inflight service is Aeromobile, yes; your data usage will be available with 15 Days Multi Country Data pass or 30 Days Multi Country Data pass.
