View & Download Bill

  • You can view and download your bill statements (up to 6 months) through the following channels below.

    If you are a Company PIC who manages the company’s business accounts:

    Step 1: Log in to Maxis Business Hub
    Step 2: Select ‘Accounts’ from the top menu and select ‘Accounts & Bills’
    Step 3: Choose and click on the account and select ‘Billing Information’
    Step 4: Select the bill to view / download

    If you are an individual business customer or the service is registered under your name and you are responsible for payments

    Access your bill instantly via:

    • Maxis app: Tap Bill on the homepage
    • Maxis Care: click on the phone number > then click on the bill amount

    How do I access or download older bills?

    Download/Print Bills (PDF):

    Maxis App:
    Go to Bills → Download PDF.
    Email it to yourself or print (device must be connected to a printer).

    Maxis Care:
    Navigate to Bills → Download PDF.
