View & Download Bill

You can view and download your bill statements (up to 6 months) through the following channels below.
If you are a Company PIC who manages the company’s business accounts:
Step 1: Log in to Maxis Business Hub
Step 2: Select ‘Accounts’ from the top menu and select ‘Accounts & Bills’
Step 3: Choose and click on the account and select ‘Billing Information’

If you are an individual business customer or the service is registered under your name and you are responsible for payments
Access your bill instantly via:
- Maxis app: Tap Bill on the homepage
- Maxis Care: click on the phone number > then click on the bill amount
How do I access or download older bills?
Download/Print Bills (PDF):
Maxis App:
Go to Bills → Download PDF.
Email it to yourself or print (device must be connected to a printer).Maxis Care:
Navigate to Bills → Download PDF.
