Maxis Business customers can pre-order any of the iPhone 14 series from 16 September (midnight) until 22 September 2022, 12noon; while stock last. Alternatively, you may also register your interest here

When will I receive the phone?

Successful pre-order customers will be one of the first to receive the phone from 23rd Sept 2022 onwards via doorstep delivery by our appointed courier partner.

Can I submit my order after the pre-order period?

Yes, you can but it’ll no longer be considered a pre-order. Your device will only be delivered to you as per our usual delivery SLA. However, devices are subjected to stock availability.

Do I need to sign a contract to enjoy any one of device offers?

Yes, all our device offers with Maxis Business Postpaid plans include a device contract.

I’m serving a contract with my current service provider. Can I still submit pre-order request using my existing number if I plan to port-in to Maxis?

For new registrations and port-ins, pre-orders shall be made upon successful registration to Maxis Business. You may submit your pre-order request after your port-in request is successful.

Is iPhone 14 series offered with Maxis Business Postpaid 48 or 98 plans on Normal 24 Months Device Contract? Can I pre-order it with my existing line on Maxis Business Postpaid 48 or 98?

You can only sign-up for iPhone 14 series on Maxis Business Postpaid 128 and above. Alternatively, if you’re currently on a Maxis Business Postpaid 48 or 98 plan, speak to your Account Managers or our Partners on how you can get to enjoy the all-new iPhone 14 line-up.
