eBill is an electronic version of a paper bill. When you subscribe to eBill, you will receive the bill statement in your preferred format (be it Itemised bill, Itemised bill with SMS Itemised or Summarised bill) via email.
Ease of access
You will get to view, and download and print the latest or past bill statements anytime, anywhere. eBill can be accessed via your mailbox, Maxis app and Maxis Care.
Privacy and Security
Unlike regular mail which can be lost or stolen, eBill notifications are always secure.
Free of charge
Enjoy no monthly fee for eBill service.
eBill allows both Maxis and eBill recipient to reduce paper usage, which is more conducive for the environment and helps to conserve our nation's forests.
To subscribe to eBill, if I'm the Company PIC and managing my company's business accounts:
Step 1: Log in to Maxis Business Hub
Step 2: Select ‘Accounts’ from the top menu
Step 3: Select ‘Accounts & Bills’
Step 4: Choose and click on the preferred account and select ‘Manage e-Bill’
Step 5: Click ‘Enable e-Bills (FREE) to’ and key in the bill recipient's email address
Step 6: Click ‘Enable Detailed Spreadsheet of Charges’
Step 7: Click ‘SAVE’ and verify email
