Your bill statement can be accessed through the following channels below. To learn more, watch ‘How to Download and Manage e-bill’ video tutorial.
If you are a Company PIC who manages the company’s business accounts:
Step 1: Log in to Maxis Business Hub
Step 2: Select ‘Accounts’ from the top menu and select ‘Accounts & Bills’
Step 3: Choose and click on the account and select ‘Billing Information’
Step 4: Click ‘Last 6 months bill’
Step 5: Select the bill to view / download
If you are a Maxis Business user but the company pays for your bill:
Step 1: Open your Maxis App and tap on 'Business'
Step 2: Select 'BILLS'
Step 3: Enter your company-provided mobile number and the 6-digit TAC code sent to your number by SMS. No sign-up necessary.
If you are a Business Individual customer or you pay your own bill:
Step 1: Open your Maxis app and tap on 'Personal'
Step 2: Select 'BILLS'
Step 3: Sign up for a Maxis ID (if you haven’t already done so)
Step 4: Log in using the email address or mobile number you used to sign up for your Maxis ID, followed by your password or 6-digit TAC code sent via SMS
Step 5: Go to 'Maxis Care' and click on the phone number
Step 6: Select the bill amount
Where can I find and download a copy of my past bills?
Step 1: Open your Maxis app and tap on 'BILLS'
Step 2: Select 'Past'
Step 3: Select ‘Accounts & Bills’ and click on the account
Step 4: Select ‘Billing Information’ and click ‘Last 6 months bill’
Step 5: Select the bill to view or download
or
Step 1: Open your Maxis app and tap on ‘BILLS’
Step 2: Select ‘Past’
How do I download or print a PDF version of bill or print my bills?
Step 1: Log in to your Maxis app and tap on 'BILLS'
Step 2: Select the bill to download
Step 3: Select ‘Accounts & Bills’ and click on the account
Step 4: Select ‘Billing Information’ and click ‘Last 6 months bill’
Step 5: Select the bill or download
orStep 1: Open your Maxis app and tap on ‘BILLS’
Step 2: Select ‘Past’
Once download is complete, you may proceed to print it. Just ensure your device is connected to a printer.
