  • Yes, you will receive a confirmation SMS once your pass is successfully activated.

  • We offer unlimited internet with Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Upon reaching the FUP limit, you will be informed and will be surfing on a reduced speed.

    The fair usage is 2GB of high speed data daily and unlimited quota at a reduced speed of 1Mbps which allows fairly good user experience for standard definition streaming.

  • There are no additional charges. Once you have reached the Fair Usage Policy limit, you will be surfing on a reduced speed.

1-Day Business Unlimited Data Pass

  • The 1-Day Business Unlimited Data pass at RM38 provides you unlimited data when you roam to the eligible countries listed above.

  • This pass is auto subscribed for you when you turn on data roaming and start using data in the eligible countries.

  • The 1-Day Business Unlimited Data pass is a day pass at RM38. The pass is valid for 24 hours upon successful purchase of the visiting country’s capital city time. 

    For example, if you purchased the pass on 1 Sep 2022 at 12:00pm, it would expire on 2 Sep 2022 at 11:59am of visiting country’s capital city time.

  • The 1-Day Business Unlimited pass is country specific. For example, Singapore passes cannot be used in Thailand or other eligible countries.

    If you are traveling to multiple countries in a day, you will need to activate another pass for each country and browse/latch on to the respective preferred operators. Alternatively, to enjoy greater savings, you may subscribe to the 7-Day, 30-Day or Monthly Business World Unlimited Data pass within the same day.

  • No. You can continue to browse on your current pass at a reduced speed without further charges until your pass expires. 

  • Yes, you may! If you upgrade to 7-Day, 30 Day or Monthly Business World Unlimited Data pass before your 1-Day Business Unlimited Data pass expires, you will only be charged for the 7-Day, 30 Day or Monthly Business World Unlimited Data pass respective charges only.

  • Yes, you may! If you purchase multiple passes on top of your active 1-Day Business Unlimited Data pass, you will get an additional 2GB of high speed data daily from each active pass.

  • The 1-Day Business Unlimited Data pass is auto subscribed when usage is detected and cannot be unsubscribed or cancelled. You would be charged RM38 upon activation.

1-Day Business Unlimited Data Add-on

  • The 1-Day Business Unlimited Data Add-on pass at RM38 provides you unlimited data with a 2GB of high speed data daily.

  • You may buy this pass via Maxis app, Easy Menu by dialing *100# or Maxis Business Hub.

  • The 1-Day Business Unlimited Data pass is a day pass at RM38. The pass is valid for 24 hours upon successful purchase of the visiting country’s capital city time.

    For example, if you purchased the pass on 1 Sep 2022 at 10:00am, it would expire on 2 Sep 2022 at 9:59am of visiting country’s capital city time.

  • 1-Day Business Unlimited Data pass is auto-activated if you want to browse Internet but do not have any active pass and cannot be purchased manually. Meanwhile, 1-Day Business Unlimited Data Add-on pass can be purchased manually and you are allowed to purchase on top of any existing active pass. This pass can also be purchased multiple times.

  • The 1-Day Business Unlimited pass is country specific. For example, France passes cannot be used in United Kingdom or other eligible countries.

    If you are traveling to multiple countries in a day, you will need to activate another pass for each country and browse/latch on to the respective preferred operators. Alternatively, to enjoy greater savings, you may subscribe to the 7-Day, 30-Day or Monthly Business World Unlimited Data pass within the same day.

  • Yes, you may! If you purchase multiple passes on top of your active pass, you will get an additional 2GB of high speed data daily from each active pass.

  • The 7-Day Business Unlimited Data pass at RM49 gives you unlimited data in the eligible countries.

    This pass is available only through purchase on Maxis app, Easy Menu by dialing *100# and Maxis Business Hub.

    When you are traveling for more than 1 day to any one of the eligible countries, it is advisable for you to purchase this pass in order to enjoy better value.

    Do note that this pass is country specific.

  • The pass is valid for 7 days in 24 hour format from the date of purchase. 

    For example, if you purchased the pass on 1 Sep 2022 at 12:00pm, it would expire on 8 Sep 2022 at 11:59am of visiting country’s capital city time.

  • The 7-Day Business Unlimited Data pass is country specific. Therefore, Singapore passes cannot be used in Thailand or any other eligible countries.

    This is a multi-country pass. When you are traveling for more than 1 day and to any one of the eligible countries, it is advisable for you to purchase this pass in order to enjoy better value. The same pass can be used in the eligible countries as listed within the validity period. 

  • You may buy this pass via Maxis app, Easy Menu by dialing *100# or Maxis Business Hub.

  • The pass is valid for 30 days in 24 hour format from the date of purchase. 

    For example, if you purchased the pass on 1 Sep 2022 at 12:00pm (Malaysia time), it would expire on 1 Oct 2022 at 11:59am (Malaysia time). 

  • Yes, the pass is valid for usage in the eligible countries throughout its validity period. Just ensure that you are browsing on to the preferred operator.

    This pass is available only through purchase via Maxis Business Hub and Easy Menu *100#.

    If you travel frequently and to multiple countries, for better value, it is recommended for your subscribe to this pass.

  • You may subscribe to this pass via Maxis Business Hub or Easy Menu by dialing *100#.

    Just do a ONE-TIME subscription and enjoy worry-free roaming in the eligible countries.

    You would be charged RM99 upon successful subscription of the pass.

  • The Monthly Business World Unlimited Data pass is a recurring pass. Your pass renewal will follow your billing cycle and you will be notified. 

  • No. This is a monthly recurring pass that can be subscribed to anytime and anywhere. 

  • Yes, the pass is valid for usage in the eligible countries throughout its validity period. Just ensure that you are browsing on to the preferred operator.

  • No. You only need one active Monthly Business World Unlimited Data pass at any point in time.

  • There isn’t any upgrade for this pass as this is the best pass we have to offer as it can be used within the eligible countries listed.

  • Yes, you can.

  • No, there is no prorated charge upon subscription and unsubscription. You will be charged RM99 upon successful subscription of the pass.
