Domestic Toll-Free Services

We provide two services:
- Domestic Freefone (1800 82 XXXX): Callers dial for free; your business covers the cost of Domestic Freefone service.
- Localfone (1300 82 XXXX): Callers pay local call rates (charged by their service provider); your business is billed for subscribing to Localfone and for the incoming call charges.
Note: The prefix 82 identifies Maxis as your service provider. -
Domestic Customers International Customers with office in Malaysia Use Domestic Freefone or Localfone. Use International Inbound Toll-Free (ITFS) or Universal Inbound Freefone (UIFN). -
Consider:
- Dedicated vs. shared voice channels: Dedicated channels ensure consistent availability for large call volumes.
- Staffing: Number of agents available to handle calls.
- Operating hours: Days/hours your team will receive calls.

- Localfone: Starts with 1 300 82.

You must first have one of these primary Maxis voice services:
- Business Voice Connect
- Business Voice SIP
- Managed Voice
- Managed UC

Your service will be activated within 3 working days after submitting a complete Registration Form, provided your primary Maxis voice service is active.
