Yes, you can. You'll need to let Maxis connect with your admin of Microsoft account during setup to provision the fixed-line calling features. You'll also need to get one extra Microsoft Office 365 E1 license from Maxis to link things up.

Yes, but there are two requirements:
- Use a Maxis fixed line phone number: To make/receive calls via Teams, your business line must be a Maxis fixed-line number.
- Have a Maxis Internet subscription.

Yes, but only Microsoft Teams certified IP phones are compatible.

Currently, fixed-line numbers are not portable between service providers in Malaysia. You cannot transfer fixed line numbers from other service provider to Managed UC (Microsoft Teams). However, you may choose a new fixed-line number with your state prefix (03, 05, etc.) to be included with your Managed UC (Microsoft Teams) solution.

Yes, you can. By default, the system will display your DID (direct inward dialling) number, which would enable the recipient to reach you directly.

Yes, you can. You need to purchase an extra license (Microsoft Audio Conference) to allow people call into a meeting using any phone number.

Integration with an existing analogue fax machine will require additional on-premise hardware to be deployed, which may not be cost-effective.
