  • Any business owner with valid Business Registration Number is allowed to sign up provided that The Person In Charge (PIC) has no outstanding Maxis bill.

  • A welcome email on the User ID and password will be sent upon successful registration to Admin User (please make sure the email is a valid email). Admin user will then need to create user for Campaign Manager, Desktop SMS and Direct SMS. A step-by-step guides on how to create and manage user is available in the portal.

  • Users need to ensure that customers in their database being uploaded have given their consent to receive marketing messages and are in compliant with Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The content of the messages needs to also comply with guidelines set by Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.

  • This service is for customer with ASP license who would like to have their own shortcode instead sharing the shortcode that was pre-defined (eg: 62xxx). However, please note that our Dedicated Short Code Service is to be used for Maxis mobile numbers only. For other networks, it will be sent randomly using our pre-defined 62XXX shortcodes.

  • We only provide the platform. You need to have your own database as we are bound under Personal Data Protection Act 2010

  • You will be charged per submitted SMS to our platform. You can subscribe for Delivery Report (DR) if you are using Direct SMS application and for Maxis numbers (ON-Net) only. The DR charge is RM 0.01 per SMS and it will only work within 24 hours of the message submission. After 24 hours, no DR will be delivered to you even though the message is delivered to the recipient’s mobile phone.

  • Yes you can send more than your monthly SMS quota. You will be charged incremental rate based on the plan that you subscribed.

  • For any issue related to your eSMS account, you may contact or call 1919 from your Maxis mobile number.
